Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Strectch your legs in Jüriöö Park opposite the hotel when you arrive. We had a nice room, good air conditioning and mostly quite until people above started moving about. Expensive drinks. Our evening meal was good. we had a mad dash for breakfast with a long queue. Bread, pasties and coffee cups ran out before the end of the queue got to the front. Places to sit at a premium too. Our room don’t get seen to until nearly 4pm. Internet is occasionally flaky.

The hotel staff is great, but the room itself is terrible. We found hair in the sink, the chairs in the room were splattered, and there was a lot of dust. We asked the staff to change the room, but the situation was the same in the other room. As for breakfast, if you stay here, I recommend eating in the city.

Non-client-oriented hotel Awful service! I booked a night for 420 USD because of Rammstein concert and they hotel gave me only non-refundable rates which would be fine but I'm not allowed to enter Estonia because of COVIS (their government doesn't allow the citizens of my country to come). The hotel thinks that there's no force major and refuses to make a refund. They refuse to cancel the dates into the ones that are suitable for me and propose me to take a voucher until the end of this year when the night costs 80 USD (and I paid 420). Rammstein postponed the concert and the tickets remain valid, air baltic made a refund but the hotel thinks that they're allowed to take money for nothing. Awful...

It is a 3-star hotel located 2 km from Tallinn International Airport and only 12 minutes drive from Tallinn's old town. We used tram and paid 2 euros for a one-way ticket. It offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi access . All rooms are air conditioned and have satellite TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer. A varied Swedish breakfast buffet is served each morning at the hotel restaurant, which offers international and Estonian dishes. The positive impression of the hotel was spoiled by the unfriendliness person at the reception. I have asked for help because we could not open the door of our room with in-room card. The lady claimed, quite aggressive and unkind, that I did not speak the truth and on my insistence she hardly agreed to check the card (decode) and climb up to our room to help us open the door. The same problem appeared tomorrow as well. Although I immediately explained to Ms Margit (her name was on a label she wore on a blouse) that she should be much more kind as staff should be available to guests not vice versa, I’m sure it would be more useful if one of her bosses explained to this lady, once again, what her task was and how it should be done in the best way.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a tour! The hotel is on the outskirts of Tallinn in an area that is largely industrial, it is a little remote but there is a small retail park with a Coop supermarket about 10min walk away and a St George’s monument across the road from the hotel. The hotel itself is bright and appears to have recently been extended and modernised! We were in room 506 and there is a glass lift running to all floors but can be a bit slow! It is worth noting that the doors open outwards at this hotel! The room was bright and modern and had air conditioning although the actual unit was badly placed as rather than blowing cold air into the room it was placed in the little corridor between the main room and the door, sadly this rendered the air conditioning rather ineffective! The beds were very comfortable and there was a fridge there that was very welcome! The only gripe with the room was the glasses provided were filthy and could not be used! The bathroom had a shower but nowhere to put anything besides a wonky soap dish that things fell out of and the floor! The restaurant was on the ground floor and the food was of good quality for all our meals, the breakfast was a buffet style breakfast with a somewhat interesting selection of food but pleasant none the less! The staff were mostly pleasant and friendly, there was one waitress who refused to smile or acknowledge you! This was a nice hotel and although some way out of Tallinn there are bus stops outside the hotel! Would stay here again!

For a hotel with 3 stars it is difficult to see how these stars were earned. Food at the restaurant is gas station quality. There are no amenities in the room, not coffee, tea or water. Not even a shoe horn. Only handsoap in the shower, no shampoo or other care products. Not possible to buy much in the reception either and not possible to put food or anything on the room bill. The stars I give are for all the mirrors and the clean sheets and wifi.

Everything was great except that bar was closed so you couldn't get even coffee in evening. Otherwise good location and service, free parking and good breakfast. Great rooms if travelling with family.

Visited in the end of March 2019. Near the airport (~5min by car) so great location if you're planning to get a good sleep before early next day flight. Reception process is quick (took about 3 minutes), staff is friendly. There is free (without surveillance) parking near the hotel (you just need to register your vehicle in reception). Rooms are decent with updated decoration, bed was comfortable. Didn't manage to get breakfast as we left before breakfast time, but they could've prepared something for us if we had notified them before we arrived (kitchen was closed already), so FYI if you're planning to leave early, there's still chance to get something to go, just need to notify the hotel when making the reservation.
