Friendly and helpful staff, really nice restaurant in the same building, just besides. Close to railway station and EKA campus. Oldtown is just near by, easy to walk there. Reasonable price. But you should understand that this is an economic place to stay and adjust your expectations accordingly. Good affordable place if you are not looking for something fancy.

I and my partner visited Tallinn for the weekend and stayed here for a night. We stayed at Economy Hotel last year, s we had a nice experience we wanted to stay here again. Perfect location - Right in front of the train station, very near to old town and Telliskivi. Clean - Everything seemed pretty clean. We stayed in August (Corona is still a thing), I was pretty confident that the hotel was clean enough to keep us safe. Nice staff - I think staff is helpful and positive in general.

Very loud noise from street, absolutly not possible to sleep. Bad smell in the room. The administrator did'nt agree to show us the room before check-in, if we could see the room before, we wouldn't choose it.

Dear Guest, Thank You for choosing our small, historical and environmentally friendly hotel for your stay in Tallinn. I am very disappointed to hear You have not had a good experience with us and as this review is written anonymously, I have no way of finding out your arrival date and what might have happened. On certain moments our receptionist is on duty alone, so it is not possible for them to leave hotel Reception. I apologize, if this was not correctly explained to You before check in, like it should have. As we are a historical hotel from 1890, we are not able to offer air conditioning and hotel rooms on sunny side do tend to get warmer due to that. All rooms are cleaned and aired on daily basis, specially during this difficult period of the virus. Also, as we are a city central hotel, situated very comfortably, for an environmentally friendly hotel, in the middle of public transportation, it is unfortunately impossible to guarantee, that no noise gets in to our respectably aged building. We do also have back yard facing rooms, that tend to be a little more quiet and all guest asking for a more quiet accommodation, are offered those, upon availability. Again, I am very sorry You did not enjoy your stay as much as we would have liked and hope that we can surprise You positively in the future. Keep yourself and your loved ones safe and we send You our best greetings from all Economy Hotel team!
