The room was dark, light worked only in the bathroom, in some places walls are peeling off. No bathrobes were found in our room and were not offered by the staff. The spa is not bad, but needs regular cleaning. The flooк in the spa area is covered by wet birch leaves, making it extremely slippery. My husband slipped and fell, fortunately without serious injuries, but this is the least experience one would like to get in this place. The cleaning lady arrived after the incident claiming that there is always water is spa area and she couldn't do anything with that. Finally she managed to remove the leaves. Seems like nobody cares about clients.
Rooms were okey, but could here everything through walls. Breakfast was okey. The spa was nice there were 4 different saunas (salt, steam, etc). Customer service was really rude and inpolite. Near to hotel is supermarkets and some restaurants.
The price quality level 5/5 + nice quiet spa with 4 different saunas - the showers were not working good + ok breakfast + friendly and polite staff - rooms were a bit untidy, in our bathroom door has some blood on it
Staff was really friendly, liked the spa because of it was nicely dark. But. There were 3 showers at the spa. 2 of them worked well but there was no soap! 1 was a bit broken because in order the shower to work, you had to press it' s button and hold it because otherwise the shower stopped working. Rooms were really basics and a bit old. Bathrobes were old and had holes in them, like ..why on earth do you offer your clients a warnout bathrobes and same with towels. All had holes in them. Get some new ones please. Table was dusty, no movie channels, remote control was really dirty and the cover of batteries was missing so this didn' t look nice either. Pillows were also old and tired and needed to be replaced. No fridge in the room and no AC. not sure if it s a 3 or 2* hotel. Overpriced actually. …
Good points: Room was clean plenty of free parking comfy beds Bad points: No air conditioning despite there being a hole in the wall for a mobile one to be ducted through the wall??? No plug in wash basin, seems to be a common occurunce in Eastern Europe i think it is just lazy of the hotel. The room was a bit worn. There are several steps to the reception so this hotel is unsuitable for wheelchair users, there is a ramp but this is more for wheeling suitcases up than for wheelchairs it is far too steep. Nothing got replenished at breakfast, had to ask for forks. They did not get me gluten free bread in as i asked them to.
We were in a one night hotel because the hotels in the center of Tallinn were full of rock concert. The location of the hotel in summer is great for a fine beach is a 15 minute walk. The room was clean but the hot weather was room really hot. The breakfast was not very good, a little selection and the only juice was a thin lingonberry juice. The surprise was a spa department that was excellent. Well done four saunas and jetted tubs. Hotel 3 and spa 4 points.
It’s a nice hotel but got worse. Staff is very friendly and nice, but the breakfast is made from left overs. Coffee machine is good, but quality of coffee is the worst I’ve tried. Maybe the worsts is at circle k petrol station. Spa is of a good one but tiny. Needs a table for baby change though. One night for 52 euro for one adult is way too high.
Stayed there for 2 nights in December. Really loved the location, also the spa was fantastic, excellent service at the reception and spa. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Hotel room itself looked great, with a big comfortable bed and a huge TV. The bathroom however really wasn't looking that good, it looked dirty, especially the shower curtain was looking very old. Also the walls were really thin, could really hear everything what the neighbors were talking. In general we were happy with our stay, would return again, because of the lovely saunas, jacuzzi and and Japanese bath in the spa.
Spa: Rusty toilets, showers and some doors. Only 4 sauna: Smoke sauna, where you can use a bundle of birch twigs with fresh leaves, to gently slap the skin and create further stimulation of the pores and cells, and 2 wapor sauna, and 1 just for seating. Also have chatting warm place. 1 small swimming pool with some water massage. Also there was 3 chaise, some of them warmed too much and one not at all. Shower room was like they usually are: you need to press button every 15 seconds and shower shelf do not hold any big shampoo or gel bottels, cause they fall down. Why still they use old fashioned shelfs? Not for 10euros per person, im disapointed. You can get free water for drink or some ice-cream or alcoholic drink too. Maximum for 2-3 hours.
I love this small and relaxing spa. They have the best sauna ever, traditional Estonian smoke sauna. I have never been so relaxed than after this sauna experience. When there is a Turkish sauna and cold pool an super hot pool, this is perfect. Location is good. You can go for a walk to the seaside and make shopping in many good stores. I also found good customers service here comparing to spa near by. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately rooms has a smell of new furniture and floor, that is bad for those with MCS, like me.
