Hotel located almost in the centre of the city. Old town, Finland gulf - all is nearby. Gym on the 26 floor is excellent. Rooms is perfect with old town view and they was upgraded for better ones for free.

Having stayed in Radisson Blu hotels in other cities we were disappointed. On arrival we found the bed had been made but no other cleaning had taken place. In the bathroom were dirty flannels, opened soap, a used sticking plaster on the floor, hairs in the bathtub and a full bin. There were no towels. The carpet had not been vacuumed leaving a sharp piece of metal which stuck in my foot. Labels for the complimentary water were on the desk but no bottles of water. This was all reported to staff at Reception. Although the room was spacious the bathroom was very small. The staff were helpful and polite but the bar staff were morose, not at all friendly and rude. Very few people used the bar during our stay. Breakfasts were fine apart from one morning when croissants tasted awful, as if made from rancid butter. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, this hotel was not of the standard we had previously experienced with Radisson.…

Was charged 10 euro for two bottles of water to my room something that is complementary most places. I had an superior room but it was small compared with other hotels I have stayed in. The staff is friendly and breakfast ok. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the old city

I just got back from a beautiful vacation at Estonia, me and my friends went for a dinner at your good restaurant Senso. We had a few minor issues about our bill because I was been billed twice the amount but this super B employee named Andrei he went above and beyond with his service, he immediately settled our issue regarding our restaurant bills, food was great employees are awesome, good employees like him can be a very good asset in your company. Booked this hotel as I am very familiar with the Radisson brand, plus it is a tall hotel affording excellent views out across Tallin. We used the tram from the airport to travel to the hotel, the tram stop being a short ten minute walk. The hotel is situated on what appears to be the outer ring road, so this and the rather uninspiring concrete tower construction of the building can give a slightly foreboding feel, this isn't eased upon entry when you are greeted by a rather dull corporate and uninspiring lobby. Still, the staff were pleasant and completed all formalities quickly. We were allocated a city view room on the 19th floor. The views are stunning, we could see the old town, as well as the high rises of the new town area and the port beyond. There was nothing exemplary about the room, it felt a little austere, but it was warm, dry and comfortable. The bathroom seemed to hark back to the early 90's with the colour of the tiles, but again it was all perfectly functional and clean. It takes a walk of around ten minutes or so to walk into the old town area passing a very small mall on the way. This Mall also had a food court run by Lido which we enjoyed in Riga, but did not use here in Tallin. Exceptional value. Getting around Tallin on foot is fairly easy, it's a fascinating city. I would definitely return, but would prefer to stay in a different hotel with a quirky charm perhaps.…

From my check in on 6/28/2023, Marija offered me great option and services that made my first stay in Radisson and Estonia really memorable and exceptional by changing my room, bed sizes and offering me the best view of the old town that I really love. Marija also answered me also with great room services like flowers and fruit plate that made our stay memorable and romantic. Great services, facility and breakfast. We spent here two nights with friends. We had superior rooms which were good choice. There were slippers and bathrobes in the room what was very nice. For hand soap there was only a soap bar! I think that's not 2020s anymore! Superior room included automatically breakfast. It wasn't special but everyone of us could find options to eat. The lobby bar was nice. The hotel is stylish and clean but for me it was little bit far from downtown and old town. But it's very easy to pick up Bolt e-scooter or taxi. And on the other hand it's good to see some new streets and areas cause we have visited Tallinn several times.

hotel is old fashioned and worn out, no slippers in the room and coats, pool zone is on the 26 floor so all go to the pool with bare feet and with trunks in the elevator, no water replenishment after room cleaning
