This was a short one night stay at the hotel with family, just off the cruise from Helsinki. At the outset, the location is great, a 10 min ride from the Port of Tallin and a 10 min walk to the Old Town. I have been to the Radisson Hotels before but the Collection brand was a new experience compared to the other brands in the Radisson group. We were upgraded to a Family room and our requests for early check-in and late check-out were accommodated which helps when you have toddlers for company. The hotel was opened in 2022 so everything in there looked fresh, new and modern. The Spa was the highlight for us with multiple options both great for adults and children. The dining experience at the Mekk restaurant was also great. The breakfast spread was comparable to the other global brands in this category. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the stay, service and location. I don't really have any feedback but in the past the global brands would provide a shuttle service to the nearest Seaport for Airport and that's a nice touch to impress the guests that pay a premium to stay at these hotels.

This is an excellent hotel. It is located about 20 minute walk from the central bus station and 5-10 minute walk from the old town. The foyer is spacious, modern with very friendly staff speaking excellent English. The room was large, modern with fantastic views over Tallin with the harbour in view from the 14th floor. The corridors end with floor to ceiling glass both ends of each floor. I’m a bit wary of heights and initially shuffled along the wall to my room but I got used to it after a few times. The staff might let guests know about the drop so they can make an informed decision as to what floor they’d be happy with. The room had some extra touches such as tv volume control in the bathroom, underfloor heating and dimmer switch in the bathroom. The tv is enormous with a good range of channels in various languages plus the ability to screen cast from your own device. The breakfast was amount at the best I’ve ever had. There is literally everything an English breakfast could have plus a lot more items. There was also a great deal of Nordic breakfast items. It couldn’t have been any better and I’ll make a point of staying here if I come back to Tallin.

I came for a mixed trip with my wife, who raved about how nice the hotel was on her previous corporate trips. Everything worked perfectly.
While the hotel itself was as she described, our experience traveling as private individuals did not reflect the "corporate group" experience my wife had earlier. Two-tier treatment?
The problem I had manifested at check-in, which is at 1500 as usual.
We came to the hotel at 1600, fully expecting the room to be ready.. but that was not the case. We were told it would be atleast on hour more and that we could spend the time in the hotel bar or rooftop terrace. No offer of drink voucher and/or snack voucher.. just a "sorry your room isn't ready, but you're invited to spend your money on extra services while we don't deliver you the service you actually paid for".
But ok.. why nitpick since it's a perfect chance to segue into my ask: Extended checkout. I mean.. if we gotta check in 2 hours late, the least they could do is have some leeway in the morning. And to our positive surprise this turned out to be possible.. but it turns out, for the measly price of 45€ (more if extended for a longer period).
It's not like we were the only ones either.. even after we had finally gotten our room, there was another irate couple that still had not received theirs.
This is the point where some hotel manager is going to write an answer saying "Oh, this almost never happens". But if it's so rare, why can you not afford to buy some goodwill for customers waiting for the service they paid for by offering them a drink voucher or two? Probably because it happens too often and might eat into the profit margins.
Considering how nice the hotel was overall, the staff action during check-in was a bit letdown. I've been to hotels with much worse facities and given them 4 or 5 stars as the staff is just absolutely wonderful and treat you as a human instead of a subject of corporate speech.
And please.. please.. if you ever respond to this, do NOT blame the cleaners for the room not being ready. I'm sure they're working as fast as they can, they just might be overworked and understaffed.

Managers of the hotel have obviously no musical education and consider that supermarket music everywhere, including in the corridors of the room, is an added value. I do not share this view which is spoiling the atmosphere of this beautiful city of Tallinn in this marvelous country. I did not see any organic products in the room, mainly in plastic packages. The coffee pods are made of plastic and in 2022, this is hardly acceptable. Tables in the breakfast room, supposed to be used for 4 people, are very small and can fit only 2. However, excellent service from the staff.

Julia at the reception gave us professional service in a very short of time, additionally she sent to our room perfect complimentary tee as it was cold in Tallinn and we were coming from Turkey where it is hot. As per my Accor hotel 5 years experience, Julia did well and we keep coming here always. Additionally, Elena (sorry if I wrote wrong lyrics your name) was also very polite and helpful.
At the reception, complimentary cookies and water are always great ideas and it makes us happy seeing them always. Bug thanks for cook and waiters as well.
We never want to change our hotel in whole Tallinn visit. Highly recommend to my friends and families staying only here. Cheers

Very well situated in town, easily walkable to old town, restaurants and most museums. Rooms are well appointed, corner rooms facing old town are worth it, you see sunrise from behind lighting up old town in morning, just beautiful. The spa it different most and not what I expected for the price. The service was fine, but the physical space is awkward. The area where you wait is an open lobby with clear glass divider facing the elevator, lovely, but no privacy, no music. The pool/hot tub in the spa is open to families so no relaxation there either. There is no attendant at the desk, but a phone that has you call the front desk and they answer questions best they can and schedule appointments.

The hotel is very modern, clean, with a very good breakfast and a good spa. The position is good since it is at 10 minutes from the old town. The stuff is well prepared but a little bit cold. Beautiful bar. The room was nice. What I didn’t like it was the smell coming from the bathroom at the room 1120 (in room 1118 the bathroom didn’t smell bad) and that I couldn’t make very hot the room despite outside there were -10 degrees. I would like to decide the temperature of my room and not accept max. 23 degrees if I have cold. I would prefer to find every day a bottle of water in the room and a small chocolate. Hotel of 5 stars needs to have some things to make feel special the customers. I think that the restaurant at the ground floor should have more options and its cucine isn’t so exceptional. It needs to improve.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, close to everything but tucked away just slightly out of the busy area. The food was absolutely amazing. I was so glad that they offered gluten free and dairy free options in a separate area with a dedicated toaster to avoid cross contamination. The hot bar had allergens clearly labeled. There was enough for even celiac guests to enjoy a large, safe breakfast.
