Booked a deluxe room and on check in received an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was great and the staff even greater. A very nice buffet breakfast and everything very professional. More than happy with this hotel

Wonderfull service, perfect location, large and confortable room. Breakfast had so many options but few fruits. The only little problem was that there is no elevator and my husband has a problem on his knees.

You cannot beat the location of the exquisite hotel and it is very reasonably priced for a 5 star. We booked a deluxe and were upgraded to a junior suite (304) on the corner overlooking the well in the square. Lovely and quiet and the room itself was enormous by European standards. The breakfast was excellent. Recommended.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town but on a little quiet square just around the corner from the Raojoka square (main square). Short walking distance to all major sites. Lovely staff who spoke perfect English. Plush room which was spacious and had lovely furniture and high ceilings. It had a fridge and a safe which was... More

The interior of the hotel could not be faulted - comfortable beds, attention to detail such as good quality toiletries, water & chocolate delivered at night, weather forecast given every night. However, the location is such that we were directly opposite a noisy bar with the room vibrating with the bass until 11.30! Like a previous reviewer, could not close... More

We spent 2 days in Tallinn. So we choose an hotel located in the old city. The hotel is very well located. It is in an old building but well maintained. The room are nicely decorated but they are very dark. We had a room on the first floor with a very small window. It was an accessible room but... More

I thought the decor of this hotel was really harming and unique. The hotel is right in the middle of the beautiful old town yet both of our rooms were quiet. We booked two deluxe rooms and one was noticeably bigger than the other (the one on the ground floor). However, both were big for European hotels and more than... More

My wife and I stayed here with two friends in early August 2013, to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. The hotel was excellent and perfectly situated to explore old Tallinn. There is no lift so climbing the stairs to the third floor was a bit tiring, and the noise from the street between midnight and the wee hours was a... More

This was a great hotel, comfortable, clean and in a perfect location right in the Old City. But what really stands out in my mind (writing this review a month after I travelled there) was the excellent, friendly and helpful service. In particular, the waiter who served in the outside restaurant area was outstanding - right there almost before you... More

Really cozy hotel with very nice staff and good services, big and comfortable rooms, no real problems. Only the WiFi connection is a little bit slow and not too stable, but the rest is OK. I can highly reccomend it to anybody, excluding disabled people - but missing wheelchair access is generaly the problem in the whole old town of... More
