Overall I was satisfied to my visit to Hotel St. Petersbourg. There were quite good selection to choose from at breakfast and food was great. Location of the hotel was convenient. Unfortunately one night my sleep was disrupted by noise from a bar nearby the hotel but other nights there were no disturbing noises.
Room was clean and had a luxurious atmosphere. Leaving the key to reception was convenient so I did not have to worry about it when I was outside hotel. In info book you mention that one reason you ask to leave the key reception is that you know when to clean the room etc. One day though my room was not cleaned yet when I arrived back early afternoon after being away for a few hours and the cleaner came when I was in the room. That is a minor flaw but to make a visit exquisite these kind of things should be flawless.
One of the best part of my visit was the staff at reception. They were very helpful and friendly and they really made their best to make me feel welcome. Even though there a few minor flaws during my visit, total experience was very positive, especially because of the staff. I will probably choose this hotel again when I visit Tallinn next time.

Nice hotel, really good room size with comfortable bed. Hotel is in a good location 5 mins walk from main square. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of choice and you’ll always get something you’ll like.
Only criticism I can make is don’t book your transfer from/to airport via the hotel website, they didn’t turn up to collect us at airport, we hung around and ended up getting a taxi from airport. Hotel then gave us some story about system problem - just be honest and say it was a mistake. We had a bit of a job explaining we shouldn’t be charged for a transfer we didn’t get. Then on our return transfer didn’t appear at hotel at booked time, had to chase reception twice - really stressful when you have a flight to catch. Such a shame as otherwise really good stay. I would stay at this hotel again despite this, and I would recommend, just don’t use them for your airport transfers...

We have just returned from a weekend at this cosy hotel. Centrally located in the old town, you couldn't be nearer to the heart of Tallinn. We stayed in a suite on the top floor which suited us well, but the hotel has no lift so would not suit people who can't walk the stairs. All the staff were extremely service minded and pleasant.
The breakfast was slightly disappointing. There was a pretty standard selection but not really 5 star standard.

For the second time used this location. Very clean and well equipped hotel. Great value for money. Will definitely return every time visiting Tallinn for business or private. Rooms are big, hotel with lots of history. Very silent even that it is placed in the center of the town. Around the hotel many bars and restaurants as well as museums can be reached in walking distance.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying here for Christmas Day. Upon arrival, we were informed we had been upgraded for free to a junior suite. The room was absolutely stunning and made our stay so much more special. Location is perfect and we enjoyed using the pool table at the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic, both hot and cold options available with great variety. We also made use of the private sauna area which was fantastic! Could not recommend more highly!

Stayed here for 4 nights, in a junior suite. Room was lovely, plenty of space to spread out, decent size bathroom. Tallin is a noisy place, so there is always going to be a bit of street noise, but it wasn’t enough to bother us. Great breakfast options. We used the sauna, which we had to ourselves for an hour, which was very nice. Staff are super helpful and really engaging. Location is really good for the old town. Would definitely stay here again..

Good location. Nice fireplace in the lobby. Looks good inside. Check-in is quite complicated and lenghty process. Welcome drinks.
Room is good, closet and drawer. Bed was too soft for my taste. Blanket is too thick. It’s nice for a while but then becomes too hot. Old-fashioned dual-control taps. Shower.
Country style breakfast room, which is totally different from other interior design of the hotel. Not very stylish. Service wasn’t too good either, they served cold coffee.

At Petersbourg Hotel is a wonderful hotel- the hotel itself is immaculate, and the rooms extremely comfortable and well equipped. The staff are truly excellent and could not be more accommodating. To the complimentary welcome drink, to the delicious breakfast, and perfect location for seeing the city, I only wish I could have stayed longer!

excellent and very attentive staff.. very sweet .. excellent location, good buffet breakfast in a beautiful russian decorated room however .. most of the hotel is across the street from a beer hall and on the weekend it can stay open until am ... we asked to be be moved and it wasn't possible .. the hotel provides earplugs if that tells you anything .. the country style restuarant at the hotel is one of the best in tallinn .. if you don't mind staying awake until the early morning then this is the place

Hotel St.Petersbourg wont be open, however we have booked you into Schlossle Hotel which is one of the Leading hotels of the World property. Hotel is located next to Main square and is just short walking distance away from original location. We truly hope to see you then and we cant wait to look after you in December.
