The beautiful hotel came recommended and it was perfect for our two night stay. We stayed in the garden room 9, spacious, quiet, bed and duvet was very comfortable, good shower, chocolates on the pillow, just perfect. The breakfast was very good quality and a lovely choice. All the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more to enhance our stay. If we return to Tallinn, we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Keep up the great work 👏

The Hotel is in great location at Old Town. Room was at exelent condition and spotless. The hotel has a lovely old fashioned atmosphere. Breakfast was ok, but the service at breakfast needs improvement. After all the good reviews I read about the hotel our stay was disappointment.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and eager to help, and the breakfast was delicious with hot choices made to order. The location is close to the Old Town and it is quite walkable. I would not hesitate to stay here should I return to Tallinn.

The hotel is located in the heart of Old Town Tallinn. The lobby and breakfast area have a medical feel to them. The room, really a suite, was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The delicious breakfast selection was included. Staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is definitely 5 star. Their attention to detail is obvious the minute you arrive until checkout. The food was wonderful. Was here with a friend and we both felt very pampered. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely return.

Great, centrally located property in Tallinn. Location made our 4 night stay very easy & accessible. Staff was very friendly & highly attentive. Staff members helped make ferry arrangements to helisinki and went above and beyond. Staff is unquestionably helpful and caring. This made my stay so great. Breakfast buffet is perfect and quality food. Room was nice, it’s an older hotel, but it was very clean. I would def come back and recommend to anyone for their service

We really enjoyed our stay here. Small but comfortable room on the ground floor that overlooked the courtyard (but actually, being at the end of the courtyard, really looked at the hot tub and food prep area, so the "view" really wasn't great -- not a big deal.) Staff was friendly and professional. We took a sauna one night, which was fun. Breakfast was great. Hotel is perfectly located in the Old Town. The hotel has lots of character and is delightful. Would definitely recommend!
