Deluxe room’s balcony would be really nice in the summer- or appreciated by a smoker.

Carpaccio @Roof. Why vitello tonnato tuna dressing with carpaccio? Cheese was not parmesan, more like edam. Totally edible but not good, would recommend salmon salad instead.

The place was amazing! Very nice and stylish main lobby and the lobby bar! The receptionist was very polite, nice & helpful. We lived in a family room! And there are enough space for 2 addults and 2 childrens! Interior of the room was very trendy, especially we liked the bathroom. Decorated with gold callacata tiles and equipped with a big bath which also can be used as a shower. Bed’s were very comfy. Rooms are sparkling clean. We also used the hotel private parking which costs 20 euros/24h. In our room rate was included spa visit for all memders of the familly. The spa complex is not so very big (3 pool’s + 2 sauna’s), but very cozy (the children under 16 y.o can visit spa until 18 o’clock). The breakfeast is served on the main restaurant on the roof. The breakfeast options were wide and the food was very tasty. You can choose between a hot and cold dishes and you can even order especially for you prepared omlette. The stuff on breakfast are veru helpful and nice. As we visited breakfast fo the first time in this hotel - the girl was clearly explain for us, what and where everything can be found.
Location: very central and you can reach old town by foot even with the 3 y.o. Children - in a less than 10 minutes. I am always try a new hotel in case of returning to the same city, but next time visiting Tallinn i definately will stay here again. Higly recommended! Thank you.

Hotel location, facilities, and room were very nice & very clean. Aircon. working fine. Breakfast was varied .We also had a chance to try the restaurant and enjoyed it as well - recommended! Parking was not included in the room price but staff arranged it and pre-paid the ticket for us.
Very good and friendly service!

We booked a romantic package in a Deluxe room. Everything was wonderful, the only problem was that we were accommodated to a “romantic” room, which I specifically did not want. Hence the more expencive booking to the deluxe room! When I approached the front desk about this, they said that the room we were in, was classified as deluxe, but it looked nothing like the pictures on the website under deluxe room. I have to say, it was very dissapointing because I chose to pay extra to avoid the rose wallpaper, but ended up with it regardless. Hotel receptionist did not understand that when someone looks at the room photos, while making a reservation, it is this room they enticipate, not something completely different. So therefore I cannot give good points for service.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your review, it is much appreciated. We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your room and with our service. When guests book our romantic getaway package, then we always put them in deluxe room with a bathtub (that is part of our romantic package unless requested otherwise). Also, we normally put guests with the romantic getaway package to the romantic room which is also a deluxe room. We apologize that your room was not what you expected. Our colleague did offer to change rooms (with shower though as we did not have any other deluxe rooms with bath left) but you declined the room change. Again, very sorry for the inconvenience and we do hope that you will come back to visit us again in the future. Have a lovely holiday season, Hotel L'Embitu

We stayed at this hotel in a nice room with a private sauna. This was very pleasant, and the room was pleasant enough. However only two coffee capsules in the room seem a bit too little for this price. But still, we were very happy until breakfast.
I specifically asked at check in if there would be gluten free bread available, since I could have brought my own otherwise like I usually do at cheap hotels. I was told there would be but was very disappointed to find only rice cakes at breakfast. This is definitely not what I call bread.
Also there was very little information about allergens at breakfast. And the orange juice available tasted like the cheapest kind you can buy at supermarkets.
I think this hotel has potential to become really good, with the nice building in a very good location. But service has definitely to be improved to reach higher levels.
We will choose another hotel next time we come to Tallinn.

We stayed here two nights in May, 4 adults, 3 kids. otherwise everything worked ok, but we had small problems along our visit: key cards stopped working all the time. No extra bed was made even though we have ordered one. Cleaning seemed to be made in a hurry, since we found a fake nail from the room´s floor. When we ordered two glasses of prosecco from the pool bar, one of which was completely without bubbles when we mentioned about it, instead of having the glass replaced, we were told the glasses were poured from the same bottle, so there can be no problem.

These are minor details, I know, but when all the details are concerning customer service it comes to mind, that probably the customer service is not part of the luxury hotel concept?

After our visit I send my polite feedback to the hotel and got no answer. I asked about my feedback and I was told the someone will get back to me, no one did. After that I asked for marketing managers email, send email straight her but no-one ever got back to me. This detail also, that no one was interested in our experiences made us feel even more unwelcomed. Facilities in this hotel are great, but the service made us feel sad.

Stayed a couple of nights in a "romance" room. The hotel was quite modern but still cozy and the service level of all the staff was without compromise all the way. Everything was kept in a truly professional order at all times, yet the atmosphere was still really warm and welcoming.

The spa area was a bit on the small side but just enough for relaxing after a day out - the saunas and pools were in top condition, and there was a feeling of being in a private spa instead of a large mass establishment.

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but the breakfast would have made it possible to happily eat different items every morning for a week :D Everything was really fresh & tasty, and the options ranged from omelettes made by order to fresh fruit, baked goods, smoothies, warm options and cold cuts..

We enjoyed everything:design of rooms, beds, linen, WiFi, coffee machine, iron facilities, ventilation system. Breakfast was very testy and rich. SPA is clean and large. We missed sun beds in SPA near pool. We disappointed in restaurant service and quality. It is overpriced, not testy and too slow service.

This hotel has some exceptional modern design as well outside as inside. The lobby is spacious and tempting (chocolate hour daily at 5pm). The staff at the reception was really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in (deluxe room with a balcony) was well thought out and the design of the room was really standing out. The room was equipped with a large sofa, an armchair as well as a good coffee capsule machine with you could enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. The bathroom was really nice with a beautiful interior and a large bathtub. The only thing was that you could hear everything through the glass wall and door since there was no insulation. All in all the room was extremely comfy and the possibility to activate the 'do not disturb' function electronically from the door panel was a really cool touch. Lastly the breakfast was worth taking since the selection was broad and delicious (also good gluten-free options) also they have their own chef making omelettes. As a conclusion I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a high quality hotel in Tallinn and close to the city centre/old town!

We booked a romance package which was super. The room looked very good, all places were decorated with rose petals. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast ordered in the room were very tasty. Service helpful and very pleasant. We felt good and welcome :)

The hotel is really nice and fresh. Sound proofing was very good, we didn't hear any noises to the room. Spa was quite small but clean, fresh and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff was nice and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel and will remember it for the future!
