They don’t pick up the phone. All messages sent via booking.com remained unanswered. Poor communication, belittling comments, empty promises that were not kept. They just made my husband who is a cancer patient run in circles chasing them. We paid upfront after their promised to provide a treatment package confirmation required to cross the border as one of the travelers is non-EU. We paid in full and have never seen the confirmation letter despite our reminders, and promises on their part to provide the document in a week, in two days, tomorrow, on the day before the check-in date etc. Finally, when we phoned on the day before crossing the border, they stopped picking up the phone. The worst experience ever that has nothing to do with relaxation and spa treatment. Terrible and unprofessional attitude. My advice – avoid them by any cost.

Spa it's not. There is no spa. Only swimming pool and sauna and you have to pay exra. sauna 15€/h swimming pool 10€/h rooms are out dated, need renovation really like yesterday. Nothing good but the view, IF you have seaside room. Never again.

Some rooms in this hotel are fantastic, some are totally disappointing. Be specific in your booking that you want the largest 'family' rooms, and try to book direct so you have some flexibility to change or cancel. We booked and pre-paid for an apartment for 3 people 5 months in advance via booking.com, at a price that we felt to be over the odds (EUR 120/night incl taxes) - but we wanted the convenient location (as we were involved with a sailing event at the nearby club). The fee was paid 100% upfront and non-changeable and non-refundable, which is unusual and rather unreasonable, especially given the risks of travel disruption due to COVID. We arrived late at night and the reception was closed, so we had to ring a number pinned to the door and our key was left in an envelope outside in a wooden cart. The room we were allocated was way down the long corridor at the very end and was totally depressing for our first time in Estonia - way too small, no window except in the narrow external door and quite filthy (see pictures), The sofa had not been moved for months and underneath it were old crisps and a half-empty iced tea bottle. The AC did not work. The extractor fan in the bathroom was so weak that it made no difference and it steamed up immediately. The clothes cupboard was tiny (56 cm internal width). The 'sofa bed' was basically a sofa (a sofa bed would be a fold-out bed, not a sofa on which you put sheets). There were over 30 TV channels but almost all were in Russian (only one in English: Euronews). We had hoped to self-cater (after all, these are 'apartments' not hotel rooms), but the utensils comprised one pot and one frying pan, with no chopping board and bare minimum of ladle, knife and fryer. So the 'kitchen' was really only good for breakfasts and drinks, or very basic boiled food (pasta?). On the terrace outside was an ash tray stuffed with butts, an old coffee cup and an empty Jagermeister bottle. On the plus side, we asked for a better room and were shifted to what they called a 'family room' - twice the size with a large window letting in light, suddenly it looked like the photos on the website and our mood lifted. But this was only after requesting the change, and we would have spent the 8 nights of our holiday in quiet miserable surroundings if we had stayed where we were asked to. The larger room was absolutely fine, though whether it was worth €120 is debatable, considering the many more impressive apartments around Tallinn at that price point. Be aware that all the bookable rooms are on the ground floor. The lovely pictures showing upstairs rooms with glass balconies are not what you will be getting - they are privately owned. So in summary, be alert to the pre-payment, no-change, no-refund booking terms, request a 'family room' to ensure you get some decent space, ask for a room as close as possible to the reception (or you will be way down the corridor) and if the room is not clean, get them onto it.

This hotel I think it should be amazing but I haven't never had that kind of BAD, WIERED Service ever.. Reception was awful.. people walking inside my room already 4 times now. I have stayed only 2 nights.. although my booking was made for the week. Don't know basic how to connect and solve "problems". Asking MONEY IN CASH in the middle of the night. Never in my life, I haven't had that kind terrorism in the hotel. Otherwise atmosphere I think I good! At least, the pool side and beach view! View is amazing :)

Great, picturesque place where you can sit and admire the sunset, feel the breeze of the sea and inhale the smell of the pine trees. The front officer who are working at this place is highly professional, customer oriented, kind with a very good level of marketing knowledge( one would love to have such professional at her or his company as she will definitely make an effort to promote it and to attract more customers! Cleaning ladies are such hard workers who are regularly working behind the screens to help facilitate the stay! As to the flat complex itself - with all mentioned above strong staff’s as well as nature factors there is definitely lack of good management and the interest and wiliness in investing or making the place more modern and pleasant to stay in! Day rates here are not cheap in this apartments. Apartments are okish with kitchenettes in. Good to know that there is a shop nearby where you can buy groceries and there are some restaurants next to the apartments. The rest- try to discover yourselves

Very nice apartment right at the beach. Also a pool outside with view over the sea. Two restaurants very close where you can buy breakfest. If you want cleaning you pay extra, but you can easily get new towels. You can take the bus in to the centrum for 1 euro. Too far for a walk.

Perfect location-you can enjoy the silence in seaside and walks in pine forest nearby just 10min (with taxi) from old city center the famous art galery Kuumus in the midle of the road. Hotel is realy on the coast of the see. There are options to reach the sea just from the terrace of the room. Heeted pool and jakuzzy on open air with the view to see if weather isnt so good.

We stood there at the middle of an april and ordered room with view "to park". The first room, we get, was near from the doors to the pool and with nice view to Tallinn bay and pine forest. We can open the door and go stright to the terrace and pool, and forest. Nice! But room was cold and some engine (ventilation?) make noise. My friend decided to ask to change the room. Next room was bigger, warm and silent, but with view to "auto park". Rooms are abot 15-18 square meters, not big apartments. Small kitchen corner in room, salt, peppers for free. The window sill in my room was dusty, with some dead insects. I draw smiley on it :) No breakfast included, but coffee machine near the reception makes coffee for 2 euros. Only free soap, but no free bathrobe, no shampoo or creams in shower- why do the hotels says- it is "Spa hotel"? Massage and other procedures for extra price, not included. The pool was warm and nice, jacuzzi dont works at the morning (at evening it worked) and childrens pool dont works in april, too. The staff was kind- she changed our room and let our bicycles in her own apartment for a night. (We have rented bicycles for 24 hours in Tallinn Old town). We asked extra towels- receptionist gave them- as a result we had 2 small and 5 big towels for two :) Good price ratio -43 euros for two- room with free access to pool on april. But it is not SPA hotel and not apartment rooms.
