Stayed in this place in July 2011, very good location since the place is close to the centre and beach but not in a noisy area. Really liked the home like athmosphere with a cosy back garden, breakfast is average continental nothing fancy but satisfying. Have booked this place again for this year because of the value for money. The only criticisim is the staff not being overly friendly but this is a small issue in my opinion.

The location of the hotel is convenient - close to walk to the town or to the beach. Free parking is nice and the price is very reasonable. However, even though this is a budget hotel there were couple of things that would make a big difference:
- lady at the reception has very bad English. We had couple of questions but the language barrier meant we couldn't communicate.
- the attic room was very hot - the room was 30C when we arrived and as it was raining it was impossible to open the skylight at the ceiling. Luckily the rain stopped for the night and the room could be cooled a little. Not particularly comfortable sleep as the duvets were really thick too. Pillows are terrible. I'd suggest you bring your own if you can.
- Towels are quite old, thin and worn.
- No light by the bed that could be switched off when in bed. It's bizarre that in the opposite wall there was a light that had a pull switch but the identical lamp by the bad didn't - and had to be switched off by the door.
- TV is 90 degree angle to the bed - had no intention of watching TV but it would be better placed at the foot end of the bed.
- Breakfast is what you would expect at a hotel of this standard - adequate enough but nothing special. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables though which is nice.
- The breakfast room was very warm the first morning. The second morning the doors to the garden were open but there really didn't seem to be an option to eat outdoors. The garden would benefit from a few nice tables and chairs.

Not bad value for money but not excellent. There really should be A/C at the attic rooms - really way too hot!

Disclaimer: We are a travelling family. We rarely place a lot of emphasis on rooms since we view them a place to keep our bags and sleep. Also, we enjoy walking to places.

This place is really in a great location: It is a quick walk to the beach, park, restaurants, bike rental, small convenience store around the corner and plenty of trails. Overall it had a B&B feel to it.

It has a patio outside with 2 tables and 8 chairs but it does not have service. You can buy drinks inside at reception or bring your own.

The breakfast area is small but there are spots out back as long as it's nice out. There were the same breads, cereals, cheeses, fruits, meat, eggs, yogurts but also some homemade items waiting in electric cookers (quite good!). Breakfast crew were very diligent and pleasant.

Our room had plenty of space and had a closet and a fridge. The bathroom was very compact and my only complaint is that when you shower everything gets wet. And when 4 people shower...the floor is never dry. This could be quickly resolved if they would just leave a SQUEEGY in the bathroom. Just so you know, our rooms were not maintained (beds/towels/vacuuming/etc) which is not a big deal as long as you monitor your toilet paper supply.

NOISE: We had a room facing Valli Park. Great, except in the summer there are concerts every weekend. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday the music played until 11:45pm. Very loud - even with ALL windows closed - which then made our room quite hot. We wish this would have been made clear at booking or check-in. We have been to hotels that provide foam ear plugs.

Overall there were only a few minor issues and I judge places by whether or not I'd stay here again - and I would (but in the back).

We have been twice in Pärnu, now spent 4 nights in Sadama Villa. It is good located quite near the beach and the centre. Staff was friendly and breakfast good. But....in the bathroom of our room 19 is a very bad smell of rising dampe. We didn't notice at first, but because of very hot weather we had shower at least twice a day. We told about it to the staff while checking out, so, if they don't fix it, do not accept the room 19. They didn't change the towels during our stay, only emptied the wastebin. She ditn't get any tip. On the hill opposite of the villa there was a big popconcert inthe tent. The music was loud untill midnight, happily we were too tired to be awake. So, if yuu want peacful room, choose the one by the garden.

Location is very good, center with all the restaurants and small shops is very close. To the beach which is very nice you can walk in 10-15 minutes. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Only thing that you need to consider is that there is no air conditioning and it had been over 30 C' for weeks, so the room was very hot indeed. There was not even a fan which was mentioned in the description, but luckily we had our own with us. Good thing that at least there were shades that prevent sunshine to the room during the day.

Breakfast was quite good, but breakfast room very occupied and during some mornings hard to find a seat. There is plenty of space in the garden, but only two tables there, so they definitely should add tables outside for summer period.

If you are looking for a hotel in Pärnu that is nicely located and not too costly this might be your choice.

Hotel is within short walk from Pärnu restaurant district and not too far from the beach either.

If you come during summer the room may be hot and you need to keep windows open to cool room during night. But for economy price you cannot expect too much.

Peaceful location, smiling service, nice breakfast, free parking and clean rooms. Only minus is the lack of a/c and not so good sound proof. Happily recommend! Big bonus on the playground just across the road which helped when travelling with kids.

Was staying with my wife for one night. Room was clean and cosy, wifi was good. Place is less than five minutes from old town and centre also not more than five mins to the beach. The only con was that they didn't have breakfast, but there is hotel nearby with such service. Still we walked to a nearby cafe to have wonderful morning coffee and breakfast. I would recommend this place if you want to have good rest at night without much noise from city also the price was very good.
