+ Clean rooms and hotel itself..Friendly staff.Very good breakfast. Location - Hard pillows. Small balcony. Limited parking places. Strange bathroom with no curtain. For 1 night stay is ok. But I can't imagine to spend a week here.

Nice hotel with a bit old fashioned interior. I liked it. But the Bed could be twin bed! Room is clean and nice. Private parking place. no need for extra payment. Breakfast was nice but wish to see more items beside salami or pork.

Located in a walking distance of famous Pärnu beach, hotel Legend offers a nice place to stay with cosy athmosphere. The neighbourhood is quiet as well as the rooms and the staff is really friendly and service-minded. E.g. we needed to get a taxi in midsummer eve to drive us and our bicycles about 100 km away and without any hesitation the receptionist started to organise things. She even tried to negotiate a lower fee for us, even though we did not ask any. Breakfast was good and fresh. What was important to us was that there was a small locker room for our bycycles. We appreciated that. Good, easy, free wifi.

This is a small boutique hotel close to the beach. The location is excellent and quiet, but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the sound insulation inside the hotel. There is a lot of door-banging an you can hear all the sounds from the rooms close by. Breakfast is also quite late for the business traveller (8-10) but otherwise it was very nice and there was plenty to choose ffrom.. Rooms are basic, nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Recommended for leisure, but the business traveller might want to look elsewhere.

We have been returning to this hotel after we had such a pleasant stay in spring last year. We found the hotel again to be impeccably clean, giving a friendly service that makes you feel welcome and having a really good breakfast. The only thing that we have missed is the opportunity to go to sauna before breakfast. There is a sauna to rent per hour, but they charge 19€/hour, so we decided to go to one of the many Spa-places in the area instead.

What stood out most about the Legend hotel was the friendly and proactive service. Generally Estonian businesses are not renowned for their geniality, so it was especially refreshing to stay at a hotel where the staff understood the importance of smiling at guests as they depart- a small thing, perhaps, but certainly not the standard practice in Estonia. I had arrived late in Parnu on a Friday night without booking any accommodation in advance, and had been searching for some time for a decent hotel- some of the places I tried previously were clearly inflating their prices. At the best of times accommodation is difficult to find around August in Parnu, but as there was a rather unpleasant thunderstorm the night I arrived, and I was on foot, this was especially nauseating. It was 3am, and I was on the verge of to giving up my quest for affordable accommodation and instead seeking a location under cover where I could wait until morning when I stumbled on the Legend hotel. Even at that unseemly hour, the person at reception was most welcoming and amicable. The rooms are clean and spacious enough and the decor is retro/dated depending on ones tastes and perspective. For a full hotel, Legend is great value, and the room price also includes breakfast, which is quite tasty. The location is also handy with good access to both the beach and the centre of town.

I chose the hotel because of closeness to the beach (appr 300 m). Right next to the hotel is large park. Hotel is small and has traditional furnishing, some may say it's old fashioned, but clean. Room had flat screen TV with some channels in English, Finnish and Russian and Estonian. No airconditioning, which makes it challenging during very hot days and nights. In room safe (no extra charge) and free parking (lots of parking spaces early in the morning and late in the evening, but not during daytime if weather is good). Room rate included also breakfast, with cold and warm options. Breakfast room is very small, but more seating spaces in lobby and on outside terrace. Breakfast offer has regular coffee, but you may order cappuccino from reception bar. Very nice and helpful staff. Overall feeling was very good. Excellent choice for beach holiday in Pärnu and good value for the money. The only challenge in this hotel is not related directly to the hotel, but the surroundings. As beach disco club is only couple of hundred meters away, loud music was blasting from 21:00 to 03:30 every night. And as rooms don't have airconditioning, I was forced to keep windows open. So I was awake thru night and slept on the beach. Might not work for people with children.

Legend Hotel is located next to a park and near the beach. It's a ten minutes' walk from the town centre. The hotel is rather small and the atmosphere made me think of the seventies'. My room was quite normal and clean. There is a safe box in the room, but for an extra cost. There is free wi-fi but it's not very strong. What surprised me was the temperature in the room. The summer day was really cold, the window had been left open but it still felt rather warm. I suppose it would be far too hot if the weather were were good. As to the breakfast, I can imagine my grandmother would have served this kind of breakfast (had she been Estonian) - two types of bread, some cold cuts, a couple of simple salads and porridge with home-made jam. If I visit Pärnu again, I'll probably try a spa hotel or something else.
