Great location and amenities A spacious room with a spectacular view, delicious breakfast with a big choice of meals, tasty desserts, nice restaurants, swimming pools, jacuzzi and spa. A large selection of saunas. Great service. Mini bar in a room plus free mineral water.
We ordered hotel over phone and got price. When we arrived then receptionist asked first 700€ and then 900€ In stead of 552€. I asked why I cannot get price I got on email, because it was different price now said he! Mission impossible to talk with this receptionist and we went away from there. I wrote claim. And got answer from receptionists private email! I am shocked! There are no ID safety in this hotel!
Check in was good, receptionist also very kind and polite. Room was very well furnished and elegant, comfy bed, nice view to the seaside. Water park was nice. Location good - close to the seaside. Room was conditioned and quite large. However there were some points of disappointment: - Spa specialist seemed not interested in procedure she was performing and did not speak English. - Staying on 8th floor the water pressure was poor. - BRING YOUR OWN shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. I am used to hotels 3*+ offering complimentary toiletries so I did not bring my own. I was very disappointed to find that there was only one 2in1 "HAIR and Body wash" in a shower after which my hair was dry as straw. - In one of the folded towels inside there was a tuft of long black hair (not mine certainly, I'm blonde), will not add a picture because it's disgusting but I could because I have it. Maybe previous guests put it in there on purpose and towel was not changed? I don't know how else it could get there if towels were cleaned, ironed and changed after last guests. Breakfast was good variety but nothing exceptionally tasty. Overall it was not great, not terrible but next time we will look for another hotel in Parnu.…
Average but expensive. We stayed in suite at the fifth floor.. nice balcony but only two plastic chairs.. no sun beds .. nothing. The property was big but without any kind of luxury services .. too industry like atmosphere. Horrible breakfast. Even spa.. no enough towels. No cleaning during two night stay. Pedicure and the chiropodist was excellent!!
Decent hotel, clean place overall, great package for family including water park. Included some nice gifts. We stayed on summer, during COVID times, so the hotel was not full. the quantity of people in all places was fare. Highlights: fun for families, save, organized! Downsides: food is ok, could be better with more options.
We just visited to Tervise Paradiis. We booked suite for 2 nights. When we go to the room then: Refrigerator didn’t work and some lamps in bathroom. Breakfast was terrible. We ordered orange juice and green tea (they didn’t have it), sparkling wine was warm, bacon was cold, pancakes were cold etc. After first night we decide to change the hotel, because service and breakfast was so terrible. So I called to reception can we cancel next night and get back next night money, because of bad service and food, they agreed with that. After 4 days we didn’t get our money back and called them. They told one of their workers were ill and I hope you’ll get your money back soon. We’ll never visit that hotel again.
Travelled with family, had a 2-day package. This was a third time we chose this hotel. Great value for a great price. Hotel is clean and cosy. Good room supply - robes and slippers (kids' robes are at the reception upon request), fridge, water kettle, tea and bottled water. Great variety of food at dinner and breakfast. The water park needs refurbishing at some places bur overall experience is good - it's warm, plenty of attractions. Highly recommended.
Quite ok. Quite ok hotel. There is also nice water park... Nice Lounge on the floor 8. Nice location in the summer... Almost ok but workers are under level... WORKERS ACT LIKE PLACE BELONGS THEM. nice place but there is no good place to eat. Also there is bowling with 15 years old smelly shoes. Everything broken roads dont work.
In the words of my 4-year-old son, "the best water park in the world". (Note: this statement carries some statistical significance; he has visited Viimsi, Braavo and Kalev spas / water parks in Tallinn, Tartu Spa in Tartu, as well as Flamingo, Serena, Imatra and Naantali spa:s in Finland. So "best" means best out of a total of 10.) As a note of caution: this ranking may mainly be caused by the 23-meter water slide in Tervise Paradiis being "just right" for an adventurous 4-year-old (in most other spas, the only slide he can take, despite being able to swim for 20 meters without flotation, is a toddler's slide - all the "big" slides have minimum age limits of at least 6). However, also the adult members of our party (2 adults and one pensioner) enjoyed the water park and the hotel, and we spent an enjoyable new year there. The breakfast buffet was tasty and varied without going completely overboard (i.e. there was just the right amount of stuff to choose from), and especially the pike-perch fillet (actual grilled fillet, not fish&chips style deep-fried) in the downstairs grill was excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, with great views from the balcony. The only negative thing was that the water park only opens at 11 am, which means you don't get to swim on the day of departure. (Most of the other water parks / spas we have visited open at 9 or 10 am).…
Been here second time and still think it is THE best spa in Parnu. It has it all - you can jump you can slide you can dive it has it all with solid spa rooms for a small fee. The river which goes down the hill is the best part , one of the few places you can do superman slide.
