Location is very good (between shopping center and old town) and all the places are in the walking-distance. Breakfast was good and basic: porridge, yogurt, two kinds of breads with toppings, some fruit, coffee. Very ascetic room, according to expectations. No minibar/air conditioner/hair dryer. Bathroom had high humidity and no heating, so after a shower it did not seem to dry completely during next 24 h. After one night, we noticed no cleaning (bed was not done, trashbin not emptied) but one towel from the bathroom floor (floor couldn't be wiped with anything so we had a towel to dry our feet after a shower) was disappeared but not replaced. After that, we had only one hand towel which began to smell quickly in the moist bathroom.

If you step in from the door, you'll be AMAZED! It's gorgeous! The style is so pure! Even the staff wears special uniform that matches the style. And the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice (although sometimes they might feel chilly) and the food is magnificent!

I think this hotel has one of the best locations in Pärnu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As the hotel is built in a medieval house, the rooms are different is size and shape. Rooms are high and spacious. The bathroom in the room where I stayed was small. Only one TV channel was available! The hotel has free WiFi. Breakfast was very good and you could choose the warm meal from 5 different options. I would recommend this hotel to those who like to stay in the centre of the town and who like the athmosphere of a medieval building.

The location is very good close to the shopping center and Ruutli Street. Free parking in the courtyard was especially good. Breakfast was not so good. Only yogurt, two types of breads with fillers, fruit, coffee. The room it's dark not to much lights.
The bathroom floor was flat and the water was along the floor. Bathroom lamp was hung on a cord from the ceiling. Cleaning was not so good the last resident's sock under the bed. So it was corona
time, but them must do much if They want we come
again.

This hotel is worth to visit. Even if the furniture’s in the rooms are a little bit reduced the atmosphere is nice. The breakfast was, even if we expected something simple, very good and special worth to try. Actually it was so special that I haven’t got this kind of meal before. If something has to be complained the cups and plates was hand dished manually so you had to wait a while to get one in the morning rush time. I really recommend this hotel.

It was quite a deception. It looks very cool on the webpage, but it's really more like a hostel. The room smells bad and dusty, no curtains, only once cleaning for the 5 days we were there. We could hear everyone walking outside, upstairs and neighbor's talking and his tv. Awful wifi, short assortment for the breakfast, very old tv with only 2 channels, the bed sheet were old and dirty, dirty spots over the walls. Only the location was good.

Very last minute, my fiancee and I decided that he should accompany me on a biannual visit to my hometown. Staying with my grandparents in their small apartment was not going to be suitable for the two of us, so we quickly found this hotel instead and stayed here together for a week in late July-early August.

It felt pricy (but then, we were also Very Last Minute, and I usually stay in Pärnu with family for free), but thoroughly good. The room was large, comfortable, clean, unique, a bit romantic, and reasonably quiet. The breakfast spread, as others have mentioned, was ample (Except for the tiny earthenware cups meant for warm beverages. But then, you can use the exercise back and forth to the urn after loading your plate with bacon, sausage, smoked chicken, varieties of pickles, bread and breakfast cake. Or bowls of porridge and yoghurt with selection of jams.)

Location is excellent to anything you might want to do in Pärnu proper.
