Extremly uncomfortable and noisy rooms, your holiday becomes nightmare, no sleep possible, unfortunately stuff is not providing any solutions. Location ok, but during the night SPA equipment makes terrible noise/vibrations and nightsleep is not possible, avoid if possible.
I had booked the double room with sofa and spa access. It included breakfast, bath robes and a sea view. On the spot we had to pay €3 for 2 pairs of slippers as they are only included when you book one of their suites. I had read some reviews and didn't expect much for the price that I had paid. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. Checking in was a breeze and we got a room on the 2nd floor. We went to our room to drop off our stuff. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. We were treated to a wonderful sunset from our hotel room window. Some customers had commented on the spa being small but I found it more than adequate. I especially enjoyed the Finnish and steam saunas and the cold water barrel. However, I was missing a bar offering drinks and a Japanese hot pool that many spas have. The gym was well equipped but the equipment rather old. The breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of warm foods on offer. All in all I enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.…
The hotel is a bit wornout to be honest. The narrow stone staircases, tiny elevators and a gym that is from the Soviet area. The airconditioning in our room was not working properly either so we had to sleep with our window fully open which let us hear everything from our neighbors unfortunately. The room itself does not really stand up to the standards of a nowadays resort hotel. The location is good though, if you want to be near the beach but away from all the loud nightlife. only a few minute walk to the beach and a nice nature trail right behind the hotel!
The bed is rather uncomfortable but the room is clean. The spa area was disappointingly small and some features were not working. Dinner was great and breakfast is pretty good too but nothing amazing. Mini golf (for extra fee) was outdated and has repetitive tracks.
Check in and check out was quick Service was good and friendly Room was as expected Tv program choices could be better Food in restaurant was good an cheap Internet works fine Breakfast was limited due to COVID 19
The hotel was a big disappoint. The room was small and a little bit dirty especially the bathroom. The bathroom severs were partially blocked. The worst thing was that there was an indecently dressed pregnant women parading around during breakfasts. It was disgusting. The spa was full of families and small children jumping to baths and screaming. The weather was terrible: the wind was so strong that swimming was not allowed at sea (red flag) . If you don't have a big family with small children, choose another hotel. The breakfast and the dinner were very good and waiters were very polite.
Thanks for excellent service from the staff ! Good location, tasty food, excellent view from the balcony - what could be better for one day relax ? ! Adding clean rooms, reasonable price, professional communication before visit - and customer is happy !
My partner and I booked for a 2 night stay, last minute. Hotel staff friendly , free parking, check in quick. 30 min walk to beach and town. Never used spa always looked too busy. Room was spacious and clean, shower room was basic. Breakfast ok, very busy area, staff were helpful though, replenishing food which is just as well because I Seen some guests take full advantageous this storing plates of pancakes, fruits, breads and sausages on their tables for the rest of their day , never before have I seen guests use shower caps to fill with food and take away , maybe it’s a normal thing in Estonia 🤷🏻♀️. Overall staff made stay good. Hotel pretty average.
Hotel is advertising with four stars but better is 3 or two and half. Kettle or hairdryer does not make it as four star if service and other facilities are suitable for 2 star hotel. Hotel does not care about Covid19 rules: spa is full of people (40 or more) even if pools and Jacuzzis are for 10 in total. Breakfast is full of people so impossible to have 2 meter distances. Cleaning for the rooms is not done well, I had junior suite and upstairs bathroom was not cleaned once at all during my three day stay. There are also rats next to spa terrace area running around. Breakfast is modest, nothing extra. Service in reception is not on western level, place has too much Russian and sovjet feeling in it with all it means. Did not use restaurant at all. Rooms are also worn out a bit and in pictures they look too much better. I would not recommend hotel to western people, good for baltians but not for others.…
Don’t let the affordable prices fool you if you want to enjoy an actual spa experience. We were disappointed to find out there was no services in the spa area and that the spa was probably not ever refurbished since the building was erected. The spa as well as the whole hotel including the room was very rundown. We wanted a nice experience for our holiday and decided to book a junior suite. What a disappointment - uncomfortable bed and small sofa, very bare and clinical look and feel to the whole room and even water damage in the bathroom ceiling. We woke up at night hearing a big thump as the air vent dropped down from the ceiling on its own. As we went out we wanted to complain about the vent but as always the cue to the ONE staff member at the reception was way too long (and they did not answer the phone) we thought at least the cleaning lady would alert the tech staff to fix the vent that was laying on the floor of the bathroom... but no. We gave up and nothing was done about the vent for three last days of our stay. We stayed out of the hotel as much as we could. Luckily plenty of great restaurants, old town and beach activities in Pärnu. The location is not ideal if you don’t have a car. The walk to the main beach and center is around 30min. Though the Bolt scooters help the journey if you can find them available (which is not easy most times). Price is cheap compared to other spa hotels - but as said, NOT worth it. Even upgrading to a suite - NOT worth it. We stayed for five days and were able to cope with the spa for 30min for a try. Don’t ruin your Pärnu experience by staying at this hotel. …
