Though a few kilometers from the center of Pärnu, this cozy guesthouse is just a few minute walk from a really beautiful and quiet beach adjacent to a nature reserve and an easy bus ride from town. We stayed at Villa Marie with a few young children and Siiri, the hostess, had the perfect beautiful yard for us to hang out in. Siiri was really friendly and gave us great tips on what to see in town. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice guesthouse situated in peaceful neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast is served by order, and there is nice kitchen equipped for guests' use also. The facilities for eating out are in walking dinstance. Local shopping center offers rich variety of services. City center and great beach can be reached after few minutes drive by car od bus. We enjoyed of the nice atmosphere of the guesthouse and the marvellous garden. We nicely recommend Villa Marie in Pärnu.

We highly recommand this lovely guesthouse in Pärnu close to the beach. Friendly landlandy, neat rooms and beautiful house. The smail kitchen upstairs did not have any stove, only micro and fridge, so the landlady was so kind to boil our already bought eggs :) We will surely visit this again.

We spent 4 days in Villa Marie and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire house was very nice and tidy, the landlady made everybody feel very welcome and comfortable. Beach is within walking distance and not crowded at all. We enjoyed the possibility to prepare some cold food in the small kitchen and use a shared fridge. Although bathroom and toilets were shared with other guests this was never a problem, because the landlady tidied everything very regularly. The garden is absolutely wonderful and the greatest + was the exquisite breakfast (fresh local fruits, great bread, omelette etc.) prepared by Siiri, who even offered rice milk. Having such a wonderful breakfast in the quiet corner under the wonderful apple tree was one of our greatest holiday joys. Highly recommendable at a very affordable price!

I stayed only one night, but would have been more if I had a chance. A very welcome and helpful host family. Situated in a quiet area, easy to find, not too far from center if you have a transportation of your own. Only little distraction during night was a loud old clock every full hour, but quite sure it may be put silent if you just ask. Pleasant visit.

With our two daughters (ages 7 and 10) we immediately felt very welcome and comfortable at Villa Marie. The atmosphere is authentic and homelike. The rooms are perfectly equipped and very tidy. The garden is the jewel of the villa. It is great place to take a stroll, have a barbecue or simply relax while the kids are playing. We particularly enjoyed the enthusiasm of our hosts and their care for our well-being. They also taught us (foreigners from Belgium) a lot about Estonian history, gastronomy and culture. Combined with a few days in Tallinn, we could not have had a better Estonian experience. Thank you to our new friends from Pärnu !

Our family stayed at Villa Marie in August 2013 and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and clean(bedsheets and towels incl.) and we also had a small fridge in one of our rooms, which I consider a big +. There was a small kitchen for the guests where you could prepare your food. Guests were free to use the lovely garden and terrace for dining, barbecue etc. Bathroom/Toilet were shared with other guests but we didn't consider that a problem. The owner/hostess is a very nice nice lady that also gave us some really good advice where to go and what to do in Pärnu. You could say that Villa Marie is just charming! The beach is in walking distance and otherwise it's quite easy to get around e.g by car in Pärnu. We might be heading there again this summer, we'll see ! :) I do recommend Villa Marie and Pärnu to everybody!

Pärnu is official Summer capital city, and there is a big fest at the end of June. This is a great time to be in Pärnu, because there is many activities around city and weather is as warm as it could be. Villa Marie is great place to be, if you need calm and quiet guesthouse. The house itself is in very good condition, and the garden is amazing. All guests are free to stay in garden, and barbeque. Rooms are upstairs, there is also a small kitchen with fridge. There´s no private toilet/bathroom in rooms, so you might need to stay aware when it´s your time. Not a big issue though, but good to know. If you are with your own car, thers´s plenty of parking space in front of house. It´s only a few kilometres to downtown, so it´s better to take taxi. Still there´s parking places in town, and don´t cost fortunes. Very nice place indeed, both town and Villa Marie. You should check this !
