Our family room with bunk beds was super clean but simple, and they served an awesome breakfast with homemade savory and sweet dishes. The breakfast room is an actual cafe around the corner, very pretty inside with music playing and fireplace going on cold mornings. Proprietors are warm and friendly, and thoughtfully prepared a breakfast platter when our teen slept in, without us even asking. It rained the entire weekend so did not use the tennis court, but it was close to the tennisekeskus where we could rent a court. The guesthouse is about a hundred years old and so well made that we never heard any of the other guests. We would definitely stay here again, no hesitation. We used Wolt delivery service for eat-in options as we were without a health certificate and not allowed to dine in restaurants the weekend Estonia began mandating restrictions. Spent all our time walking in the bogs, woods and along the beach so it was fine by us!

Beautifully kept guesthouse. Innkeepers very kind and thoughtful. Near the beach, about 5min walk, about 20min to downtown Pärnu. Clean rooms, beautifully decorated, everything worked. Bed a bit hard for our taste. Shower very good. Fridge in room, we also had a fireplace. A nice backyard with tables and chairs, access from the small "community" room which had a microwave and water kettle, mugs. Breakfast was served in the restaurant nextdoor-kept by the same family. Thoughtfully made omelets etc, small but plentiful -bread, toppings, fruits, cereal, jogurt and always something sweet.

Nice, clean and perfect situated B&B near the beach and "old town". Home made breakfast in the nearest restaurant "Kaks pulka". We stayed here three nights and were satisfied. Good value for the money.

Great location between the beach and the city center, but on a quiet street. Very friendly and helpful owner. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. A lovely breakfast was served couple of doors down the street in a lovely cafe.

I have seen many B&B's around the world, and this is one of the best! Newly renovated rooms with A/C, free WIFI, own bathroom, good location and extremelly nice staff makes you're stay really pleasant. Our room had also own fireplace! The location is just 2 blocks (5 minutes walk) from the Pärnu Beach! Breakfast is served in cafeteria nearby - and yes, it's good!

Just one block from Pärnu main beach is Tulbi B&B. It is situated at the very quiet dead end street. Old house is newly renovated, very clean, simply furnished. There is outside area with some tables and barbeque area. There is possibility to use parking area - very useful during summer season at Pärnu beach area. It was nice surprise to find huge room with fireplace (even with some firewood) and private big bathroom with white towels. The owner Mrs. Helle is very kind lady, who is running the cafe at next door (breakfast is served at cafe)). We didn't expect to find massive breakfast next morning, but Mrs. Helle prepared for us porrige and pancakes. And cold dishes like ham, cheese, jam, joghurt etc. were offered too. It was very generous breakfast because there were only two of us at guesthouse... Price for peaceful stay, breakfast and parking alltogether was 50 eur - hard to beat in Pärnu. PS. The owner called us at 11 before we arrived Pärnu that our room is ready, if we are interested to check in earlier. It is the first time ever in my life - the offer to check in earlier, without asking.
