We like coming back here again and again because of good customer service and small cosy spa. We also like their comfortable beds. Breakfast is not good enough for us so we often have breakfast somewhere else.
We chose this hotel because of the SPA and we very happy with our choice. The SPA zone is small, but very cosy with the sauna in the middle of the pool. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was fine. About 5-7 minutes from the seaside.
We spent a great weekend in the Wasa Resort. Breakfast was amazing - food was fresh, delicious, something for everyone for sure. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa area was perfect for relaxation. The location of the hotel was great as well. Would come back!
I have stayed in many spa hotels in Estonia throughout the years but decided to stay in Wasa resort this time because it’s fairly new spa hotel in Pärnu and so far I’ve only heard good things about it. We booked 2 rooms for one night, several treatments and also had a dinner with guests in their restaurant. Firstly, the hotel was fully booked and so the spa area, saunas and pools were packed. It was hard to actually relax or swim because there simply wasn’t much room in the pool. On the other hand, the view from the pools is magical and if you visit during cold season, you can go straight from sauna outside and jump into snow to cool yourself down. Secondly, even though it’s a 4* SPA hotel, there was no vanity kit nor shampoos or body lotions in the room. For spa hotels, body lotions are essential because of the dry skin you get from spending time in the pools. The room itself was nice. Thirdly, upon our arrival we were asked to pick a time slot for breakfast so that guests would be dispersed due to covid-19. However, when we arrived at our dedicated time slot, the restaurant was full of people. Queues for the food and coffee were long and some guests found it hard to find a table to sit at. The 50% capacity rule was not followed which is the current regulation in Estonia. The food choice was good but there were no labels giving information about food and the allergens. Not sure whether there was even lactose-free milk. Overall, I would recommend this place but don’t expect this to be a 4* stay, I’d rather say it’s a strong 3* spa hotel.…
Good hotel, not far from beach and old town. We were in main new building. Rooms light, bed was comfortable. Small balcony. Bath room small, but space was enough. Bathrobes, slippers and big towel for SPA was in the room. SPA pool was good, jacuzzi and saunas was good. But I missed some small pool or jacuzzi with cooler water. Big pool and jacuzzi had very warm water. Bar in SPA zone was not working. Breakfast was good and reach. Parking next to entrance or around corner.
