Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Ok we did not like this hotel at all. and i dont get all the other reviews giving it such good ratins and we had a deluxe room no less I have travelled all of the world and stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels, huts, tents, and some pretty bad rooms..but this one was one of the worst Fortunately, we were here only one night. Since we had one of their nicer rooms, it was on the third floor. On arrival I learned that there was no elevator (its probably mentioned somewhere but I missed it). The receptionist offered another lower room, but it would not be a deluxe room...and looking around ...i decided...stick with the deluxe room. We don’t travel light and I am ..older…so lugging 50 lb bags up 3 and a half flights of stairs was not easy. No one available to help either. Room was in need of a makeover. The bed was literally so gross looking that my wife and I wore our clothes to bed. The pillows were not pillows but shams. And then when I laid on the bed, I felt springs poking my back and up my ….. I looked under the mattress pad (which was maybe 1” thick and so old it was almost flat and lumpy, and it looked like it was sitting on box springs..not a mattress…hence why I felt the springs. There was no desk to work at (I had to make shift one with the chairs and another table), and no accessible plugs..but they did provide a couple of multi outlet extension cords. the room was large with separate areas. Wifi was weak in our room…fortunately I bring a wifi booster when I travel..but it still struggled. The heater either was like a sauna..or it was freezing cold in the room. Maybe it was my fault. Parking was ok in front of the hotel, but its limited ,and during the summer or high season I think parking will be an issue (the side street was pretty full for a block or two). Staff was fine at the front desk when we checked in..but I wish they had told us to reserve a table for dinner at the hotel…as when we went to dinner the restaurant told us they were fully booked ..until like 9 or later. we walked into town and found a place (its about a 15 min or so walk into the old town area). Breakfast buffet was ok. Website photos do not accurately reflect the hotel or rooms in my view. While this hotel looked quaint from the outside, i think its charm and appeal is the restaurant...but its not a place I would recommend to spend the night. There has to be better choices in town.

Excellent breakfast (good variety of food), nice restaurant, beautiful rooms, good location, friendly and helpful staff. Maybe walls are too thin, because we heard some noises but it didn't bother that much.

I stayed at Villa Wesset for one night in September 2023. I found it to be clean and a great location between the beach and the CBD of Parnu. The breakfast at the restaurant was great. I loved that my room had a little balcony where I could sit and enjoy a drink and fresh air.

Very good location and super service as always! Thanks to the kind and friendly staff of Villa Wesset! The sleep was very sweet and the food in the restaurant tasted wonderful. The location of the hotel is very good. We parked the car when we arrived and only picked up the car when we left 2 days later. It was easy to walk everywhere.

Easy to walk to the beach and to the old town, near park so good choice also for dog owners. Very good breakfast. Charming Villa in overall. Only disappointment was, that the air quality in the room was not good.

It was a nice sunny afternoon when we arrived. Despite the fact that the parking place was full we were assisted to solve this problem. Restaurant of the hotel was quite full, but the staff of the restaurant found a solution for us and our 4 years old granddaughter. The hotel is well located within a very short walking distance to the beach. The carpet on the stairs (we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator) was quite shabby.

What a find - recommended by our campsite owner and we’re so grateful she did. Absolutely delicious food and really tastefully presented. We started with a cheese selection large plateful to share, including 4 cheeses, Parma ham, olives, pickled onions, poppadums and a sweet fruity jam - just the right size for the two of us. Then Jenny had duck with grilled romaine lettuce and pickled carrots, while I had a vegan option - a couple of grilled baby romaines, lots of spicy hummus, toasted hazelnuts, fresh bean sprouts and thinly sliced pickled turnip. And we shared a crispy new potato dish as a side, with aioli and grated Parmesan. A gorgeous spread on a sunny summer evening in a nice atmosphere in a popular place. Not cheap - 95€ for the two of us including 3 glasses of wine and a tip, but an imaginative meal and one that gave us a couple of new culinary ideas to take home, too, as well as being the best meal we’ve had on our 12-day trip so far. Very highly recommended.

Service in this unique hotel was very pleasing. Breakfast was delicious and the modern restaurant and terrace fits well to otherwise older building. Impression was clean and the premises were in general of high quality. In general I got very peaceful impression.

Overall good, not excellent. Situation between Ruutli and beach is good. Of course old buildind, but services are made good for that enviroment. Some problems with too soft beds and pillows for me. And restaurant service, normal so good, did some mistakes this time
