Difficilmente classificabile questo strano edificio di stile "eclettico" (déco e Walt Disney?). Comunque piacevole il soggiorno. Non si somministra il breakfast, ma bisogna comperarsi le provviste e c'è, a disposizione, in un'ampia sala comune, frigo, fornetti vari, tavoli posate e piatti. Sulla sala comune affacciano tre stanze e una scala a chiocciola sale alla soffitta. Stanza piacevole, piccola, mansardata e letti comodi. TV all'interno e climatizzatore. Proprietario gentile e disponibile (ci ha aiutato per i bagagli su per le scale). Decentrato rispetto alla città e al mare, ma raggiungibili in 10' a piedi. Buono il wi fi. Consigliato.

В моей жизни мало встречалось гостевых домов, похожий на этот. Здесь просто невероятная сказка. Я не могу даже к чему-то придраться. Я жила в комнате на самом верху, родители в такой же комнате, напротив моей. Поднимались по винтовой лестнице. Комнаты просторные, чистые, уютные. Есть шампунь, мыло, фен, полотенцесушитель, холодильник, телевизор, даже стаканы и штопор. В комнате стоят большая кровать и мини диван, типо лаундж зона. Отопление за счет кондиционера. Внизу под нами были еще три номера, общая гостиная с камином, которым можно пользоваться, шикарными кожаными диванами, телевизором, рядом прилегает кухня и два больших обеденных стола. На кухне есть все: посуда, два электрических чайника, сковороды, кастрюли, две кофеварки, соковыжималка, детский стульчик, чай, кофе, сахар, крупы, конфеты и фрукты. На камоде в гостиной лежат брошюры, зарядки и прочее. Также можно пользоваться стиралкой, зонтами, аптечкой. На территории есть бесплатная частная парковка. Хозяин москвич, очень дружелюбный мужчина. Место рядом с домом тихое, до пляжа 10 минут, центр рядом, до магазина 300 метром. После шумного Таллина отдохнуть здесь - самое оно. Спасибо владельцам за то, что вложили в дом душу и сердце.…

I was travelling alone and did not need luxury. I was pleasantly surprised by the Sunrise. German, the owner, has been operating the 5 rooms of this large house for the last 3 years, he said. There are 3 rooms off the main room and 2 rooms up a spiral staircase. As I had large luggage, German was kind enough to move it up and down the staircase. The room itself was very efficient. Superior black out curtain. Excellent Wifi. Excellent choice of TV channels. Super quiet Air Conditioning . A small refrigerator with one bottle of complimentary water. Very quiet neighbourhood. Facilities in the common area to make coffee. Central location. A short ride to the bus station. Excellent value overall.

I stayed here for two nights. Got a nice little room upstairs with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. There is a big living room where you can meet and talk to other guests if you like, and there’s possibility to make your own coffee. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to walk to city centre.
