Goat cheese and Beetroot salad was excellent and the meat. It was very growded, waitress said the food will arrive in 30min but it actually came like 15-20 so overall it was very nice, bit of pricey but the food was delicious so would recommend. Waitress really tried her best and was polite

I would like to leave a public review about one of Haapsalu restaurants as a warning for other guests, especially gusests with kids. I never have met such an unpleasant attitude in my life. I have been in this restaurant several times, some times just drinking coffee in day time, when restaurant is empty and my kids can use a playground which is for guests and I can relax with cup of cofee, sometimes taking my guests to dinner. I can add that no disappoitment with food, also a costumer service always had been kind and in a high level. But todays experience just shocked me. I had this honor to be met by restaurant owner who works also as waiter. Restaurant was full, and I was looking for table closer to playground so kids not disturbing other guests, I guess it’s made for that reason. I ask first waiter who pass by, she said there is no tables, but I saw 3 free tables and 2 of them was close to playground. Waitress run away and next who came was owner, I said I saw free table, can we sit there, he asked how many people we are , I answered just me and my kids. This time I came for dinner, they do delicious prawns and take a glass of white wine and some snakcks or cake for kids. This is actually our tradition just before my birthday. Owner send me to table which is just next to entrance in hot son! I repeeted that I would like to sit closer to playground, and he said that it’s for bigger company. I will mention that all three table had 4 chairs. I felt disapointed and Call my older sun so we can go away. But before I left I went inside and said that I am really unhappy with this attidude, to what owner answered that we work for people who can pay, who are ordering a food. I just stand speechless I thought that I will fall down of this rude comment. That wasnt all. He said we are busy if you want go and sit down with the face that he would be ready to slap me. I felt like homeless people who asking for free food, but even homeles earn more kindess. I asked do you have facebook page, I would like to leave a review and he answering - no! Actually they have. My kid start to scream and we left. Never will go back to this place and do not suggest to others. Customer service for me is most important thing, I am not paying just for good meal but also for service. All restorant keepers should keep that in mind if they don’t want to loose their customers.

The staff was really nice and helpful but the facility itself is terrible. You can't open the windows (except yellow room) and there is no ventilation. So if you like to breath a little you have to let the airconditioning blow to your bed. They don't give you even airconditioner remote assuming you are monkey or smth. So if you want to adjust the temperature or shut it on/off you have to go and get the receptionist. And they are not there 24h. So this is idiotic. Another thing - there are glass windows in the room doors covered with light fabric. They have automatic bright lights in the corridor so if somebody walks there they switch on and your room totally lights up during the night. The manager was rather rude and unhelpful - when checking out in the morning she didn't unlock the main door to the street where our car was parked. She told us to go from backdoor around the bulding - it doesn't sound so bad but i was there alone with 2 children - one baby and small toddler + lots of luggage so it was not so funny. So despite the lovely girls working there i'll never go back.

We stayed one night and everything was good. Weather was blazing hot but the ac worked like a charm. Good value for the money. Showers and toilets were shared with other guests but it didn't bother us.
