The best penzion we stayed during our traveling in Slovakia. Even the lack of elevator, did not spoil our enjoyable stay in this place. Very good location, good restaurant, spa and privat free parking. Staff was very friendly. Highly recomended.

This was a great hotel. Rooms were great and service was impeccable. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The spa was superb! Great for relaxation! Breakfast in the morning was great. Location was awesome, close to everything. Would stay here again. Def 5 star!

Beautiful place, like a palace, a better attitude from some of the staff will be nice... I like the place, it is very clean and beautiful. Reception people were fine and helpful. Was thinking to eat at the restaurant, but the attitude of the woman there, was not very welcoming, so I skip it and went to eat at the nearby shopping-mall.

Good hotel, near the city-centre. Own parking. Modern, clean. NO LIFT (only 2 floors). Breakfast is good, buffet, withe the posibility to have breakfast outside. Modern rooms, No fridge at the room. Service is good.

Hotel is in a great spot overlooking park and near shops and square. Had a lovely swim, sauna and steam room. Rooms clean and well appointed though no hair dryers. Arrived in morning to have breakfast. No welcome, no smile from staff and we were left the dregs of leftovers. Only managed to find a yogurt and a damaged pear to eat. Other parts of hotel well great including the reception staff.

I like this small hotel located in the park. Although sometimes you can hear a noise from nearby train station when the window is open generally the hotel and surroundings make me feel peaceful and relaxing, which is really appreciated after busy days. Rooms are reasonably furnished, cosy and clean. Hotel has a parking lot in the back yard, so the car is safe. It is possible to use a spa and hotel also offers various kind of massages for very favourable price.

My room was large and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. Unfortunately as I was unwell during my stay I did not get to use the spa facilities. I would stay again.

We stayed 2 nights and found it very comfortable. Breakfast was only adequate and there is no elevator so we had to lug our bags up a staircase, lucky we are able. There is a swimming pool underneath, Didn't get time

Very nice clean penzion, which could be easily considere as a hotel, with a nice friendly staff. For people with poor sleep could be a problem railway neighbourhood. Breakfast is nice but a beat simple.

- everything just like in a pic - private parking place / no need to do the reservation/ - walking distance to the center of the town, railway station is like 5 mins by walk - very friendly staff at the reception..like really nice and helpful, especially young lady during my check-out..just nice! - room was just like in a pic....modern, clean, very nice - design of the hotel is very pretty - overall to me this is one of the best hotels in Zilina, if not the best one! - I was a bit dissapointed by the variety of the breakfast..on the other hand this is not a 4 or 5 stars hotel but still, compared to everything else in the hotel it was a slight dissapointment, we even discussed it with other guests sitting at the other table next to me during the breakfast - I also had some problems with my room key / as you get traditional key and not a card/ it took me few mins to get in my room :-)…
