I have stayed in this Pension first time this year and only for one night but it 's really lovely place.
Rooms are huge, clean, bathroom perfect. Pension is located in the center of the Zilina next to the parc, so it's quiet in the night. Restaurant is also very good and I think it's one of the best in Zilina, since it s pretty hard to find decent place there. Breakfast can be little bit improved, not a big choice of healthy stuff. Otherwise no negatives. Next time I'll go to Zilina I would definitely stay here.

The best penzion we stayed during our traveling in Slovakia. Even the lack of elevator, did not spoil our enjoyable stay in this place. Very good location, good restaurant, spa and privat free parking. Staff was very friendly. Highly recomended.

Very nice clean penzion, which could be easily considere as a hotel, with a nice friendly staff. For people with poor sleep could be a problem railway neighbourhood. Breakfast is nice but a beat simple.

If you come there you see just a little building: nice and small. Friendly staff on reception. With room instruction (and TV remote controler...nice) you receive also voucher for welcome drink: slovak destilat Hruškovica, for abstinents they have slovakian mineral watter;) Then twenty stairs - if you arent fittnes type use elevator. And now the point: did you remember that I wrote in begining "small place"? So you are on 1st floor and table on the wall show to you seven rooms left, seven right and I dont now how much more... So to the left - I thing there is only wall - optical hiden corner and wow huge place for coridor with seven rooms. Architect made great job. Rooms for 3* hotel beatifull. Clean, new look, warm colors. No problem with noise. Food is good - mayby the same investment to have a good cook - and everything play for to have 4*. I dont have time for testing wellness (open till 10:00 pm). And now distances to city: 5 minutes to historic centrum, big modern shopping centre in 3 minutes, park: 5 steps. Well, nice!

After an unpleasant weekend in Bratislava, I spent one night at the Central Park. It was very welcoming, clean, efficient and well decorated. My room was delightful - and breakfast was lovely. The place is very reasonably priced and is a few minutes walk away from both the main train station, the historic square and the new shopping mall. Highly recommended!

Stayed in this hotel for one night. Rooms we big enough, wifi was working fine and the parking is free. The room was clean, recently renovated. Use of swimming pool and sauna is also free. Breakfast needs to be improved significantly and the location is ok, at only 5 minutes from the town square, although late at night the park just in front of the hotel is not too inviting anymore. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice and renovated place in the centre of Zilina, near the main train station. Short walk to the city centre is about 5-10 minutes. Penzion offers free parking places. My room (single room) was little bit too tiny, but i stayed there only for one night. Breakfast was ok, dinner nothing special. Staff are very friendly and kind. W-Fi was working without any problems. I would recommend this place

This was a great hotel. Rooms were great and service was impeccable. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The spa was superb! Great for relaxation! Breakfast in the morning was great. Location was awesome, close to everything. Would stay here again. Def 5 star!

Beautiful place, like a palace, a better attitude from some of the staff will be nice...
I like the place, it is very clean and beautiful.
Reception people were fine and helpful.
Was thinking to eat at the restaurant, but the attitude of the woman there, was not very welcoming, so I skip it and went to eat at the nearby shopping-mall.

Good hotel, near the city-centre. Own parking. Modern, clean. NO LIFT (only 2 floors). Breakfast is good, buffet, withe the posibility to have breakfast outside. Modern rooms, No fridge at the room. Service is good.
