Don’t expect a luxury hotel, it isn’t, but with the price you pay for it it’s okay. The rooms are simple but adequate. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The bathroom was big and luxurious, nothing to complain about there. Outside my room was an indoor garden, nice and cozy, but pitch black at night, perhaps a small lamp with a motion detector would be good… The breakfast didn’t have everything in abundance, but it had what I wanted, and the quality was good. The service was good. The only thing not good was the WiFi, that was completely dead. Perhaps it had something to do with the disconnected router I found outside my room the day I left. To sum it up, not a luxury hotel, but totally adequate and at a good price.

Then i asked that will they pay me back if they get both payments.
They said yes but still didnt pay.
And they are saying things like: oh smth happend with the bank we have to wait a month and things like that.
4 months passed btw it cannot be that hard.

It's a ten minutes walk to the hospital and about 7 mins to the centre (the opposite direction). There is a car park one street away (30 second walk) which is free and has cameras. The breakfast is a buffet style and has some hot food too - sausage, bacon and eggs. The breakfast is included in the price and is there is as much choice as you could want - not loads and loads, but enough. There is someone who tops up the food as it runs out.
The staff, especially the breakfast and cleaning staff, are friendly and helpful. The penzion is clean and room sizes quite generous. We had a great corner bath that the kids loved. The furniture is functional but we got a decent night's sleep (4 nights, actually). There is a bar with smoking and non-smoking areas, and a play area for the kids - not near the smoking area - which really kept the children occupied (it's for younger children, say under 7). No criticisms, although (in common with most Slovak hotels) do not expect the reception staff to welcome you when they see you for the first time - it's a cultural thing.
I would very much recommend this place if walking a few minutes to centre is not a problem for you. An excellent budget option
The Exclusive is for the able bodied younger fitter person; the 3rd floor is quite a gasp especially carrying luggage. The energy saving lights switch on as you approach but turn off in the middle of negotiating the upper stairs - bring a torch if you're nervous. No lifts or wheelchairs. Car park is 50 metres away.
The 2 storey bedrooms are interesting - again for the able bodied. The decor is fine but the floorboards are noisy - the neighbouring rooms you can hear and I'd pay a bit more for some carpeted corridors. The ensuite was fine; no curtains or shower curtain but it didn't seem to matter. Go again? Yes but if the company are paying I'd go for a more conventional hotel. WiFi worked in the bar area but didn't make it upstairs - my room wasn't one for sitting in and working. I could only get terrestrial Slovak TV so take adapters and extension - the lights and TV ensemble hog all the sockets.

"Ask for a room on the second floor next to the terrace. Don't arrive after 10pm without prior arrangement. English is not well spoken here."Read full review
