Reception unmanned when needing to complain. Old and tired decor. Being ignored and not able to complain. Awful stay and even now a week on, problem not resolved. I stayed in room 24, very small room over 2 floors. Room 25 was occupied all night by noisy guests. RECEPTION UNMANNED TO COMPLAIN. and i got no sleep at all. Bear in mind the rooms are too close together and walls are paper thin! There is no way i would stay in this property again...Awful. I tried to call message and also email the place about my stay and am still ignored. VERY POOR PLACE...Please, do not believe the good reviews. Oh hold on, the breakfast was very good. WALLS BEING PAPER THIN and having to stay up all night and listen to next door antics!

The breakfast was amazing. It had a bit for every taste totally worth it, the only downside of the breakfast is that it is only served from 7 to 8. I would like it to be at least until 9 that would make it the best breakfast in the area definitely. The room was really nice but there were so many stairs until our room (3rd floor) and even in our room we had stairs to go to the bed area. Beside that It was an amazing stay and the price per night was really great as well. Staff was nice to us and they super cleaned the room before we arrived. Would definitely stay again as it is really close to the city center (like 5 mins walking). Loved it.

I've been here for one week during trainig. I have to say that rooms are clean, no smoking smell. Distance to centre is very good, like 4 minutes by walk. Staff-Ladies are very nice and helpfull. Furniture is mainly from wood. The only weak point is, that walls are like from paper. You can literally hear your neighbour phone "vibrating". We had this "mezonet" room, the upper part is from wood so you can hear every move, breathing,... etc. Next time I would took just normal room. And breakfast is fine, very average but for this price worth for.

We booked Maisonette suit with air conditioning from August 19th to September 2nd. We even confirmed it over the phone with a one nice lady at the reception twice, last time two-three days before arriving. When we arrived very tired after long trip at about 6 pm we were given a mini suit upstairs, without an elevator, where we could barely fit our suitcases. The temperature in the bedroom was about 35 C (95 F), there was no air conditioning! When we complained, we learned that the owner gave our room to his family members from abroad. So we called the owner and he told us: "the mistake has been made" without apology, without trying to help. So we took our belongings and left. This is really not a way how to deal with customers!!

Hotel is in a very good location. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very large with small fridge and loft. It looks like a ski chalet from the 70’s. Room was clean but a few cob webs ( part of an old building). Many stairs to get to our room

We were passing through Trencin so stayed 1 night but it was absolutely ideal for what we wanted - a couple of minutes walk from the centre, clean, good sized room with a nice breakfast available. The Italian restaurant a few doors down is superb by the way.

Quick stay for a party in Trencin. Reception is part of restaurant, so offline hours its service are limited. Large, confortable room, check out extended to 11.00 without problems. Good breakfast included!

My room was located the side of winter garden, nicely made with terrasse to sit outside. Room was big, very big bathroom wit big corner bath. There is tv wifi fridge and even heater for thee. Nice choice for breakfast, and fresh.

I was on a business trip in Trencin and stayed for two nights in this place. The room was really nice, comfortable bed and I had a huge bathroom. Everything was very clean and taken care of... Additionally, this pension is directly next to the old town with several nice restaurants and bars to spend the evening. Overall a real nice place offering good value on the price!
