The high-quality hotel provides accommodation in modernly furnished rooms with balconies. Hello, I will try to be as concise as possible. We consider the stay between 14.2.-16.2.2024 during Valentine's Day as a big disaster. We appreciated 2 things about the hotel: its location and wellness. We expected, since it was Valentine's Day, that the women at the reception would receive a rose and perhaps a welcome drink, as is usually the case in hotels. Then the staff at the reception offered us a Valentine's dinner for €45/person!!! Please????? Because what you offered for dinner and breakfast was one big horror and you had the audacity to give the same food for 2 days!!! Dear friends and staff in the dining room, where did you get that? For the waitress to brazenly take uneaten food from our table, when where we are sitting, sick. We were there together as 2 couples and the same thing happened to each couple, although we went to breakfast independently of each other. Rooms, clean and tidy, but just right for 1 person, so small for a fancy hotel, but we could pay €57 extra for an apartment, yes, we did it as both married couples, so that we felt like people... One app had an adequate balcony and the other one was for one child. And one more thing, you are discriminating against people who are smokers and would like to light up on that balcony, because the answer is, but we are a non-smoking hotel, tip your hat. When I asked the barman for a small coffee so he said sit down, I'll serve you, young man, I'm going to the smokehouse, will you please follow me there? Yes, I'll come, he didn't come in half an hour. Finally, we regularly go on wellness stays, not only within Slovakia, and we think that the staff 4 ****hotel should provide such services as to be worthy of the high price.

We have visited Hotel Kaskády repeatedly and, as always, we are very satisfied. Clean and immaculate premises, equipped with comfortable furniture, excellent kitchen, pleasant wellness, beautiful garden by the outdoor pool. In my opinion, the hotel management also takes care of many little things that make the stay more pleasant. And what always gets me is the hotel staff. Everyone is helpful, attentive, kind and smiling. Sometimes I feel like maybe they are reading minds just to please you. So Hotel Kaskády definitely does!

Fantastic hotel, amazing wellness, great food and friendly staff. Clean everywhere, smiling and kind staff. When we arrived for our stay, we were very pleasantly surprised by the reception's approach - we got the room before 3:00 p.m., as it was already ready at the time of our arrival. We were pleased with this. Thank you for the highly professional approach and I look forward to my next stay. My husband and I were extremely satisfied.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay in this hotel. We have visited many wellness hotels in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary, but the quality and services at the Kaskady seemed to be the best so far, as well as the performance/price ratio. The rooms are beautifully renovated, clean, the wellness is very varied and carefully maintained, the food in the restaurants is amazing! (thanks to the chefs!) The staff is nice and helpful. We will definitely come back here :-)

The hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated. It can be seen that the owners are continuously investing in the renovation of the facilities. The surroundings and garden are beautifully planted with trees and shrubs, with plenty of opportunities to relax or play a round of golf. The service as well as the professionalism of the staff is of a very high standard. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The spa is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. The hotel pool includes 4 hot tubs. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a large terrace. Many possibilities for excursions in the surrounding area. We rate the hotel highly due to the fact that the quality of service is equal to luxury hotels abroad, while it is certainly not easy to maintain this level in the long term.
