The Villa Zauber Hotel is located in Poprad, Slovakia. I recently stayed there four nights and it was a great experience. It’s a boutique style hotel with eight rooms. It’s very updated and modern looking with all the amenities you could expect. I choose the Villa Zauber because it was within a 10 minute walking distance to both where I was working and a lot of good restaurants. The staff was very nice and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. My only caution is that it’s close to the main rail line so if you’re a light sleeper, this may bother you.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights The location of the hotel is excellent Parking nearby and comfortable near the hotel Beautiful and clean rooms. Excellent staff service Breakfast is very good, Rooms do not have air conditioning We enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

Overall, the hotel was very nice: modern and clean. The different staff members were very friendly and personal. You really feel welcome in this hotel! Breakfast is good and has most of the major items only no croissants. The hotel is located near a railway. Sometimes trains pass, it is not recommended to leave the window open by night. If closed, you almost don't hear the train passing. You can also hear the plumbing in the other room, but this is no issue by night. I wouldn't stay away for these sound issues other peoples report. No airco, but that's not what you expect from a 3* hotel. Villa Zauber: thank you for our stay, it was very nice and we enjoyed it!

We ment to stay in this place three of us for one night on 27 august 2016. Booked ourselvs in on booking.com quite in advance, probably about 6 months earlier. Got confirmation and basically forgoten about this, and just before we set off to Slovakia we got an email from Villa Zauber saying something like: "we made a mistake, there's no room for you, unfortunatelly we have to cancel your reservation". Great. We found another place to stay in for that night, but I would urge everyone to avoid this place, as they cannot be trusted.

We have just returned back to the Uk after staying at Villa Zauber for one week, we were in Poprad on business, this hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable with a great buffet breakfast, the staff were helpful and friendly, will definitely stay there again next time, thank you.

Being travelling to Poprad on business during the last months I always stayed in Villa Zauber. The hotel is family run, spotlessly clean, with very good beds. The staff is always helpful and personable. Although the hotel does not have their own restaurant they serve nice buffet breakfast, have a small bar and can arrange food delivery if you are too lazy to walk or drive to a restaurant. I like its design and peaceful atmosphere. The only thing some might complain about is a close railway. If you are not a good sleeper ask for a room with windows to the other side.

Villa Zauber is easily accessible by car from highway D1 or E50 from Bratislava to Košice (exit Poprad – East) and is located very close to water park Aqua City Poprad. This brand new hotel offers spacious parking lot, good working free wi-fi and clean, stylish and cozy rooms for more than reasonable price. The quality of sleeping was very good moreover the quality and variety of breakfast buffet was absolutely superb (one of the best from among all hotels I ever visited). I would also highlight accomodating and unobtrusive staff

This is a beautiful, modern, newly-built boutique hotel that employs young, energetic, highly professional and knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. All the hotel staff members make an effort to speak English and are unobtrusive but are always there for all of your needs. Service and comfort could not be better. The property is immaculate with furnishings and technology at the high end in the light and airy hotel rooms and other hotel areas. Safe, private car parking is available on the hotel grounds. The free Wi-Fi tended to be weak in our hotel room but quite fast in the hotel lobby. Having said this, the hotel staff assured us that the hotel management is currently looking into the matter. The hotel is a walkable distance to town and nearby restaurants. A more than adequate breakfast was served but do not expect a wide choice of hot food dishes. This is a great hotel to explore the High Tatras mountains, 16th-century neighbourhood of Spišská Sobota and the popular thermal water park. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.…

Stopping by for a night,here, was really a good choice. The hotel is not too far from the aqua park, has a nice parking lot, inside is very nice and warm (should be cuz out are -10), modern...👍🏼 recommend it! Next to the reception is the restaurant for breakfast(7.30-10.00). I was impressed for a 3 star villa, its even better then i was expected!

I use to stay in Villa for business purpose if travelling. The place is app 2 months opened so all look very new and clean. As I´ve mentioned in the headline - beds are just gorgeous and I wish I had that bed at home. Otherwise wifi well working, breakfast tasty and assorted, staff very helpful and if you need some Spa - Aquacity Poprad is just 200m on the other side of the street. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
