The hotel is 1-2 min walk away from bus/train station. I have stayed in small double room with the balcony. The room was cramped and balcony was not furnished. It was very simple. The fare was rather high €45 per tiny room only - I was solo. There are better online deals. There is cafe open on the ground floor and you can smoke there. The breakfast can be have on the top floor with good views of the mountains. The rooms on the south size have decent size balconies with the views of the hotel next door. North facing room do not have balconie, yet you get mountain view. Very early check out 10 am. There is night club open late and reception is 24h. You can get basic soft drinks from the reception for your room if you arrive late.
Stayed here for one night. It was disgusting. Our room had a revolting circular bed with a towelling sheet. It smelled ok but felt horrible. The window was held in with expanding foam. The bathroom was filthy especially the bath which was grey instead of white. We got up very early and skipped breakfast to get out. The worst was that on arrival the fire exit at the end of the hall was locked. We figured we could kick the door down if necessary. It is a disaster waiting to happen.
Very handy for the station in Poprad Tatry. Rooms are very dated, although it was clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent selection. There appears to be some sort of 'erotic' club on one of the floors. We didn't go near it, so can't say exactly what goes on in there! The receptionist was very helpful.
Hotel Communism - time travel back to 1960's. Auwful smell in the hole facility, no languages other than Slovakian, detiriorating and dirty rooms, bad breakfast, spiders in the rooms, ugly furnitures.
They ask 4,5eur for breakfast consisting of old hard bread, fake coffee, cheapest cheese and ham. The whole place smells terribly. Furniture disintegrates under your fingers. Everything is very old and not maintained. Sticky floor in the elevator. Bathroom is a complete disaster, avoid stepping in without your flipflops on.
