Room was nice with a lot of storage place. There where two TV's one was a smart one witchbwe used a lot. The other was in the bed room. Shower was clean and cleaning if room and shower done daily. All and all the hotel is like on the top of 4 stars hotels. The SPA area was clean and nice. Two pools...one small , more like a big jakoozy heated and nice. The other one was also heated and big enough for swimming. Lot of place to seat and relex. Breakfast was good. Dinner was average. Small pub... expensive and with limited selection of drinks. As part of the hotel there is health treatment area that has a verriaty of options. That was the worst part of our vacation.... service was more then bad. Treatments are being done in a super unprofessional way. You never get an explanation of what is to be done and what to expect. I would skip the treatments. Since this is the highlight of the hotel, I would skip the hotel. We ended up renting a car and driving to Bratislava to have some fun. All and all , hotel is not bad, area is nothing to tell about at home...so... don't spend your time and money on this one.…

We are in Thermia hotel Piestany now and I must say, what an amazing hotel. We stayed in many 5• hotels and this one is one of the best. We love the Irma spa, thermal pool, breakfast and very beautiful historical building. Already planning our return and can not wait for that day :-)

I have stayed in Thermia for 2 weeks, and can say the staff members are the best! First, the Reception manageress Mis Sona Gregusova, who was super attentive and professional, then Dr.Macekova Olga who is very professional, as well as a charming person, all the waiters (each and every one!) and the therapists (especially Darina!) They all made my stay a wonderfull experience. I must state that there is a sitting allocation policy that is not suited for everyone, and that made me feel uncomfortable. On my first day, Mis Monika chose a place for me in the dining room, and I she expected me to stay in the same place 3 times a day, for 2 weeks. When I asked to change my place, she seemed very angry and refused. Only on the third day, she agreed to change my seat. It was very strange, and made me feel frustrated, espesially as there were plenty of empty tables where I wanted to seat.…

The new room in 1A floor is spaciou and very nice furnished with a huge terrace. Baths procedures in Irma are excellent (beautiful interior and perfect staff). Restaurant Grand is amazing. Breakfast - OK (more variety of cakes, and spreds I recommend) Lunch - served main dishes were excellent (more variety of appetiseres and desserts I recommend) Dinner - meals are very good tasty but please serve more variety of appetiseres and desserts. Staff in reception is perfect.
