We stayed here for 5 nights whilst we we're visiting for a friends wedding. My husband and I and our 2 children aged 4 years and 3 months.
The hotel itself is quite small however the room we stayed in (LUX) was very spacious with a double bed, single and a cot. Our room was situated on the ground floor with a terrace that led out in to the gardens where there was a play area for the children which was good. The rooms were clean however I don't think they changed our towels at all while we were there. The room could also have done with a kettle and tea /coffee making facilities.
The staff at reception were friendly enough, however most of the staff in the restaurant were grumpy and rude.
We also both had a massage at the wellness centre. The massage itself was good but the guy doing it was either on the phone or talking to someone else during so you couldn't relax completely. It is very cheap though. The pool is an outside pool and the kids loved it as it was slightly heated. There's also a cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
The breakfast which was included in our stay was a bit disappointing. If you didn't get there early enough then they seemed to run out of hot stuff (eggs, sausages etc) and the rest of it wasn't much, just cheeses, hams, breads and a few Yoghurts which also often ran out. We had dinner here on our first night and it was ok, however it was much more expensive than if you walk in to the town which is about 10-15 min walk and the local restaurants are really good. Good location and overall a nice place. I would stay here again mainly because it was cheap and is in a lovely area close to the town.

Stayed for 4 days in April.
The hotel was spotless and all staff very helpful.
Food was of good quality and there are plenty of good restaurants in the small town centre 5 minutes walk away.
Not the easiest to find initially but very quiet in location once you find your bearings.
We will return soon.

I have been here for 2 business diners and can say, that in case of next diner I would chois this restaurant again. Nice restaurant, really great food. Service staff friendly and helpfull. I did not sleep there.

The room was meant to be the top of what they offer. Called the apartment.
Side lights by the bed did not work
There is only one plug next to

The fridge was hot.
Hotel telephone was unplugged and hidden in a drawer
Mould in the shower
Bidet had no running water
Dirty glasses

The room smelt like a used cloth dish and a telephone was damaged and could not be used. Lamps were disconnected, and electrical sockets were unreachable. A fridge did not work. Toiletries were damaged and dirty. The reception staff did not give me information about the GDPR rules. The staff was a little bit rude in the morning during breakfast.

I stayed for 3 days in June with my wife. The hotel staff are professional and were very welcoming. All of them speak in English and very helpful. I once asked them a iPhone charger and receptionist offered me his personal one. Ah, and breakfast. It was just awesome and even though we stayed in Vienna afterwords, we were still craving Diana's breakfast. They offer many home made stuff and I would recommend to try their dinner entries. Thus I highly recommend this hotel.

We were very satisfied wit our clean room, friendly staff, delicious meals at restaurants and wellness centre. Garden between wellness and a hotel is also very well designed. Here you can spend a very pleasant evening and when it's cold, the staff will provide heating lamp. I can only recommend the hotel.

Stayed there for a 6 days not even once my room was a cleaned or even check if is everything ok. Breakfast is very average nothing special be honest and,they forgot to tel that they make some reconstruction so was hearing the noise from 7am

Dobrý deň Tomáš, ďakujeme veľmi pekne za recenziu , aj na bookingu aj na tripadvisore . Veľmi nás mrzí Váš dojem, ktoý ste si z DIANY odniesli. V každom prípade, sme sa niekoľkokrát počas Vášho pobytu stretli a nikdy ste nič nepovedali ani nenaznačili. Urobíme všetko čo je možné pre hostí , samozrejme, ak vieme čo máme robiť. Rekonštrukcia prebiehala v inom ubytovacom pavilone , takže sme sa naozaj snažili hluk eliminovať . A v konečnom , sme vymieňali iba sprchovacie kúty, takže hluk bol minimálny. Raňajky , ktoré ponúkame , zodpovedajú zariadeniu PENZION *** . Každý deň minimálne 3 teplé jedlá , nárezy, jogurty, musli a cereálie, sladké pečivo , koláče, ovocie , zelenina, pečivo biele aj cereálne . Káva , čaj , džusy 2 druhy . Čo Vám u nás chýbalo? I was on business trip in Penzión Diana but was shocked that the no one did the cleaning up of the room. I even had to go to the reception and ask for the roll of the toilet paper!
