The thing I prefer of this hostel is absolutely the breakfast! The place is very nice, rooms and common areas are clean and the staff is lovable, especially Valentina, funny girl, reliable and great receptionist!

Nitra Glycerin Hostel was created by two travellers who, after returning from a long trip, wanted to create a place representing and combining everything they had seen. A peaceful and fun place where everything is made to make you feel comfortable. A place made by travellers for travellers.
The hostel is a quaint comfortable sanctuary for backpackers in the not so popular town of Nitra. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are equally comfortable, but it’s the common area that fascinated me the most. Equipped with a snooker table, play station, and a high speed WiFi, it was the perfect place to hang out with fellow travellers and share endless stories.
The hostel is located adjacent to TESCO superstore, making it super easy and convenient to stock up groceries for the duration of your stay, as a stay at NITRA Glycerin Hostel, is perfect to disconnect from the world, and reconnect with yourself.

This is a completely new hostel full of colors and friendly atmosphere. Everything is very clean and comfortable. And the best of all - very kind and helpful staff:) I can only recommend this place to everybody who is travelling to Nitra!

The hostel has tiny but very clean rooms. The bathrooms are a bit awkwardly placed and the toilet only has a thin door which is uncomfortable, the breakfast is not too versatile, the hostel is difficult to find. But the atmosphere is chilly and awesome, everything was clean and everybody was nice, so totally recommended for budget travels.

I could not think about a nicer, warmer and better little hostel like this one. Not only does the kindness of its people make you feel welcome all the time, but also the place as a whole features such a familiar atmosphere to make you feel home.
Tidy, clean, confortable and cozy. Beautifully decorated, where every room is arranged with a lot of arts, pillows and colours. Very good and complete breakfast.
All in all, this is the place that comes to my mind when I imagine a proper hostel!

I was there one night with friends... really pleasant personal... :-) Also there is club room for spending time or play games with friends.... Good place for good price on staying in Nitra....

The Hostel owners were very friendly and the hostel itself was brand new. We have forgotten a part of our luggage and the hostel contacted us to mail it to my home. The kitchen is well equipped and the breakfast is cosy and fulfilling.

Do you plan to travel to Nitra? Do you prefer an accomodation with unique home atmosfere to standard and boring hotel? Definitely, you have to stay at Nitra Glycerin Hostel. It is not easy to find it, but you will not regret. Lovely Italian couple will take care of you carefully. The hostel is clean, in pleasantly furnished roooms, you will sleep like a baby. During summer evening, you can have a rest and glass of vine on the sofa in front of the hostel. By a taxi in 5 minutes you are in the city center. In Nitra Glycerin Hostel, You will feel like among close friends.

I sadly spend only one day in Nitra Glycerin hostel, but it was an awesome place to be. Valentina, the hostess, was really welcoming when I arrived. She opened early for me and gave me great recommendations about where to go in Nitra. The hostel itself felt directly like home, has a simple but clean and comfortable dorm room and a nice living room, with all walls painted with funny picturesy that you can keep looking at. It's only a small walk away form the city park or center (15-25 minutes or so) and that is really worth it compared to an anonymous hotel room!

This hostel is a really nice place to stay. The host is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast included. We got bread, breakfast cereals, fruits, tea, coffee, juice, eggs... Downstairs is a pool table and a cosy room for chilling.
