Stayed here for three nights at the end of August, celebrating in in-laws birthdays and wedding anniversary.

Lovely hotel, clean in all common areas and spacious well-appointed rooms, with excellent food for lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, served by attentive staff.

The wellness centre is fantastic however, I can’t comment about the massage as we visited during a public holiday weekend, so treatments weren’t available. You can book use of the wellness centre in 2-hr blocks, so plenty of time to relax and enjoy all the different facilities.

It’s a 5 minute taxi ride to the city centre, where we also did a guided tour of Nitra castle, which was very interesting and well worth the visit.

The best food we had in Slovakia and the most beautiful hotel in Nitra. The staff seems however very young and untrained, in restaurant service and in general. Because of this, our stay did not run as smoothly as it could have. We did not always get the correct information and the coordination could have been better.
Also, there are no single rooms, which makes it a lot more expensive for a person traveling alone, as you also pay for 2 breakfasts.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful environment, with very nice staff, excellent massages, and a very pleasant environment. We cannot imagine a better place for autumn relaxation. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Having just had a bad experience with a hotel in Bulgaria this really raised our impression of Eastern European Hotel Standards.

A group of 6 of us were visiting Nitra Slovakia on a business trip to a nearby factory.

Upon arrival feeling hot and weary having flown from Bulgaria to Austria and then driven to Nitra Slovakia we were given a happy charming welcome and a glass of sparkling wine - how nice we thought!

Having checked in we were shown our rooms which were cozy and smart by western standards as was our bathrooms. the hotel appointment and decoration might in the UK be called "twee" as it had a homely country feel.

Our evening and breakfast meals were great. they have a really good resteraunt staff who know how to cook. The deserts were Fab!

In the evening we sat outside where comfortable chairs and tables were provided and watched the sun go down with a drink. This was the highlight of our stay as the hotel sits on a hill overlooking a vista that might fit in Tuscany bathed in the golden light of a setting sun. Magic!!!

Upon checking out we were given a piece of chocolate and coconut cake as a goodbye gift - mmmmmmmmmm lovely

So departed 6 very revived and happy UK/German visitors

The hotel is out of the centre but it’s location offers splendid views of the town. The rooms are well kept and spacious. The mini-bar offers a range of refreshment options - not unreasonable prices. Free WiFi keeps you entertained and connected. The hotel uses Ubiquiti devices to provide coverage should there be any geeks reading. I didn’t find any dead spots.

I arrived too late to take advantage of the laundering service, but the staff were happy to lend me an iron and ironing board.

The restaurant offers spectacular views. Not a place to dine alone as the combination of view, lighting and soft music makes it a romantic setting. I can recommend the lamb, the fish soup and a steak with chilli sauce. Typical prices seem to be around €20 per dish. The steaks vary depending on size. Room service is available should the restaurant not be your thing.

The staff are friendly and helpful - creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

My only gripe is that the “soft” music in the hall never seems to stop - so my sleep was disturbed as a result. Otherwise this would have been a 5 Star experience.

I spent two nights in this 4 star hotel. Location is very nice - calm part on the hill with wonderfull view to the Nitra city. I hadn´t time for hoel restaurant so I don´t know about breakfast and quality of fodd in restaurant. Check in and check out was ordinary. Room was clean, calm, wifi was vailable. Bathroom was normal, clean. I think the hotel is the best in charming city Nitra.

An oddly located gem of a hotel.

Our room was large and well designed. Great TV and air con. The balcony with the views was stunning. The spa area is lovely and very quiet, (no surprise given the high prices for non hotel guests!) but some of the temperature settings need altering. I nearly boiled my feet off in the foot spa and the tepidarium beds were scorching. Also got soaked leaving spa to return to my room as the sepertae buildings are spread across different levels, not ideal for pushchairs or wheelchair at all.
The service was excellent. The hotel and wedding were both great. My only complaint would be the food in the restaurant. It was expensive and poorly cooked. My fish and chips was awful and my husband's chips were also undercooked and soggy. The fish was full of bones with undercooked flaccid chips. I complained but received only a "sorry" as the waiter took away my plate. Breakfast was also mediocre. The DIY kitchen concept is interesting but poorly restocked and there were bottle necks when a big group wanted tea or coffee.

I would stay again as the rest of the hotel is fantastic, so don't be put off.

This is such a lovely hotel! Situated in a very nice & quite area with an amazing view of the city & city castle. The room was very comfortable & smart & we loved the design of the lobby & especially the restaurant - very friendly, cozy & warm, something you very often don't find in the hotels & restaurant of this category. The staff was great and very professional, we loved the breakfast & we enjoyed the dinner there very much. We had a great & romantic stay here.

The Best Hotel in Nitra that's nothing news for well informed travelers. But you must try the hotel's restaurant definetely. The brand new menu, very friendly staff and best view over the City that's really something. Beware of Breton lobsters at the entrance!
