Perfect location, almost at the central square, own parking place, spa and very nice and clean rooms. The train station is only 5 minutes walk. All the best restaurants are just a few steps away. I think the best place to stay in Kosice.
Not 4 stars hotel at all! Exactly as you can read on others booking, google or tripadvisor ratings. Very uncomfortable and tiring stay. Parking place is not suitable for bigger car, very small place. Breakfast nothing special, many things for example plates are missing and you have to ask for them. Hotel room does not correspond to the price we paid.
I spent 5 days in this lovely hotel during my stay in Kosice. All people working there were very professional and their services were outstanding. My room on the second floor was clean and nd everything was just perfect and suited all needs
When visiting for a short period, the best solution is to book a place in the heart of the city center. Boutique Hotel Bristol is all you need for a short trip, don't expect luxury, but do expect extremely friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and serving breakfast, very clean room and comfortable beds. You get bath robes in the rooms, but no slippers, and I do wish I did, but it wasn't an actual issue. We did not have problems with the noise, although the location of the hotel is right in the middle of the pedestrian area of the city center. I would add that for a longer trip the breakfast options might get a little boring, because you can't get that much variety in a boutique hotel, but this wasn't a problem for our trip. Other amenities: pleasant and boutique-like looking lounge area at the reception with nice plants and comfortable chairs, inner courtyard for parking (which is great for staying in the city center) and I must add that we all loved the less-waste type of cosmetics in the bathroom in big containers, not for one purpose use, but still sanitary (I must say that I will get from l'occitane the verbena hand soap, because the smell and feel of it was lovely). Important to know is that you have an elevator up to the 2nd floor, and then go by foot to the 3rd in case your room is located there. We did not get the chance to use the Roman SPA, but next time we sure will. When going back to Kosice, for sure this will be the place to stay for us!…
Wonderful hotel in top location. Room very comfortable with a delicious breakfast. The staff very kind and always ready to help us. Very clean hotel and no weak points. We'll come back hoping soon. Thanks !!!
Mixed feeling about this hotel who has a lot of advantages but stay below my expectations on other points. On the positive side: very well located in the center of the city, but with a parking lot (which is very small and can be full). Room are confortable. However, the small road is incredibly noisy, the windows of low quality let the noise come, I was woke up several times during the night because of people walking noisily in the street. Do not accept a room on the street side, only on the other side! Also the breakfast is average. Overall, to have tried other hotels in Kosice, you can find better quality for same price, or same quality at lower price.
I stayed here a few nights during the Kosice Marathon. The entire hotel is very clean, nice interior and I was very satisified with my room. The hospitality was absolutely superb. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating when I unfortunately got very sick during the end of my stay. Hands down, best customer service in Kosice! The location was nice as well. Close to a shopping mall, the main street and the rail station. My only points about this hotel is that it was slightly loud between the rooms - but my general impression is that the clientelle is mostly adults who are not looking to party so I wasn't too bothered by this to be honest. It's an old town with lots of old buildings so this is probably not the only hotel with this feature. The second thing is that the front entrance solution from the street into the hotel is a little annoying, it would be better with a push-door or electric one. Either way, these are just minor inconveniences, the hospitality is so superb that I will definitely book my room here next time Im in Kosice.…
A small hotel with great hospitality. I am staying every time in Kosice at this hotel. The spa is remarkable and the pool is the icing on top. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is tasty. Just the distance between power socket and the bed is a bit far.
We have been staying at Bristol Hotel 3 times at the last half a year ( May, October, December) and for sure many more to come. The spirit of the manager and owner Peter Melnik is evident everywhere and especially in the warm and special attitude of the staff to the hotel guests. The location of this fine boutique hotel is right at the old city center few meters from St. Elisabeth Cathedral. Plenty of restaurants around and lots of nice stores at the Main Street near by. The staff are super polite, helpful and guests oriented. They are very kind and with a lot of goodwill to assist and solve any matter. I might say that they are behaving with such care like they are part of the owners themselves. The junior suite 207 is well equipped and very convenient. Breakfast is great and you can order an omelette as you like. The service is very good and all the products are very fresh and delicious. The private parking is spacious and if free of charge. A huge advantage when you need parking in the old city center and there is always a place to park the car. We do recommend this very unique boutique hotel to anyone who would like to feel a little at home when you're away from home. We are looking forward to to stay at the boutique Bristol hotel again and thank you for making our stays with you so well remembered. Best Regards, I & T…
