This is a well placed establishment with pleasent helpful staff. We were given a small attic room on the first of our 4 nights but were moved to a bigger room after. All very clean with the usual t.v, mini bar, soaps etc. My only gripe was that the bar was shut at 10.00 p.m.when we arrived and a light supper was unavailable. No complementary crisps/nuts in the bar either.
We had privilege to enjoy our Valentine's day with 5 course dinner in this glamorous restaurant. Beautifully arranged table with roses and candles, thoughtfully selected romantic music, lovely view of main street, excellent food that looked great and tasted even better. I recommend trying the beetroot soup with goat cheese, it was second to none. Thanks for great experience, looking forward to come back again!
Very nice place in the middle of the city, with great staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinner were very good and the spa was worth it, especially because you could book it all for yourself. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff attended to our every need. The bottle of Prosecco and fruit plate as a welcoming gift was a very nice touch. I would certainly stay there again when in the area.
A very beautiful boutique hotel, within the historic center of Košice, close to almost anything a tourist or local would be interested to see or do in this wonderful town. We stayed there for 5 nights last month with my family. Food was excellent, people were very warm and friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable and bigger than most hotels we stayed at. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!
We stopped here for a coffee and a snack. We sat outside under a umbrella as we watched the world go by. The staff were friendly and efficient and the nachos were great as they put a descent amount of cheese on them to make them tasty. Great coffee with a smooth mellow taste. A great place to chill.
Centrally located with a cafe and restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient. The hotel is towards the bottom end of the square in the centre of the historic district of the city. Prices are also very reasonable.
Our room here was extremely large, as was the bathroom with a huge jetted tub. The historic hotel was located on the local historic main (pedestrian) street. There were lots of restaurants and shops along the street. It was an awesome location, clean hotel, with tasty breakfast included.
This small hotel in the old pedestrianised part of Kosice has all you need for a good sleep, helpful information and great location. It is just a few minutes walk from all the main sites and eating places. The convenience was great, especially as we only had two days there. The female receptionist was incredibly helpful for all our needs and made sure we were able to manage the things we needed even by writing out Slovak translations for us!
This hotel is in a very good position in the old town of Kosice. It's easy to find even if you are coming by your own car and the hotel has it's own car park. You will find good restaurants and cafes once you step out from the door and even the opera house is only few hundreds meters away. The hotel was clean and rooms big enough but we found the staff very nonchalant especially in the breakfast room. The food was cold - no warming under. Although we were only two couples there, the waitress appeared only once after we had got our coffee. We waited over 15 minutes that she'd check in - this happened in both mornings. The hotel is supposed to have a cafe where we were to take our welcome drinks. Inside we found three smoking staff people. We got our drinks - outside.
Perfect location on the main street and yet very quiet - Superior DeLuxe rooms are located in the rear of the hotel looking towards a small garden. Rooms and bathrooms very spacious. Completely new equipment, clean, comfortable and practical, in pleasant natural colors. Absolutely perfect room-darkening curtains. Just a bed was too soft for me. The staff absolutely amazing - all young but professional, nice, helpful, friendly, willing and always smiling.
