Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Accidentally chosen for one night stay at business trip.
Positive points: perfect for people looking for small and quiet hotel with atmosphere with good location nearby to city centre. Very good free parking - 16 places for about 20 rooms, I think super ratio. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good equipped bathroom includes bidet. Little spa free for guests - 2 small saunas, jacuzzi, very good massaging pool. Helpful and nice spa staff.Softest bathrobe as you can imagine :) Perfect breakfast. Good price.
Negative points: reception and restaurant staff should be better trained to give more accurate information to guests. For example, at arrival I was informed that hotel guests have 20 % discount in restaurant. Unfortunately, nobody - neither at reception desk nor in restaurant - has informed that this is valid only if you will pay via room account. I paid by credit card full sum. Waiter was willing cancel paying and give new to room, but I think in 4 star hotel they should inform guests in accurate way before paying. I think I am hotel guest despite I pay with card, am I not? Similary, my questions regarding spa rules at hotel reception also were not answered correct. And booking for spa was also a little chaotic. Staff asked you pre-order using of spa; despite I have made this, nobody in spa was informed about this fact.
Luckily, all negative points can be eliminated very simple and very soon. Despite these points I can recommend this hotel as very nice and relaxing. Only warning - hotel is located in historical building and therefore is absolutely unusable for people with disabilities. No elevator!

We booked a business weekend package, which was a huge suite and looked almost newly furnished in a french provincial style , got this mid week as it was summer. Good value as with breakfast and a bottle of champagne and fruit on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and for 50 eu with a bottle wine and 2 courses, worth the money. Breakfast was not fancy, but OK and you could ask for freshly cooked eggs++.
My hubby tried the spa and said it was clean and great. Only downsides were, only hand held shower sitting at mid waist in a bath tub made it a bit difficult for shower users and the masseuse was away for the summer. Close to main tourist are reas.

Our stay was ruined because of wedding under our room
Ofc was imposible to sleep
Receptionist told nothing about before
Also as i complained on morning other receptionist didnt react ...
So if u can chose i will not recomend this hotel.

We were guests at the wedding and i dint like the attitude of the staff...trying to be maybe funny, but it came out as being rude..
I asked for a water when they started to serve alcohol and other stuff, the server told me, they dont serve water, and if i want a water i should go drink out from the foutain that was in the middle of the room...i was stunned....trying to be funny, but they need to realize, we are guests, not their close friends and there are boundaries to what they can say to me "out of fun"
its non of his business why i drink only water
my sister asked them to turn the a.c. on..he said...one wants it on , one wants it off...i pulled out the cable from a.c....
They are there to work and to make everyone enjoy the wedding, not to comment that they need to adjust a.c....of course when ppl start to dance and drink its gonna be more hot....common sense

very unpleasant "macho man" attitude...

Can not understand the high rating of this hotel. It is an old hotel, smelly bathroom, noise from reception and street can be heard in the room on the first floor. terrible dinner. no elevator!!!!
definitely not worth 100 euro.

The rooms are big and clean. Every room is different. The staff is really friendly. The hotel has a wonderful patio where breakfast is served. The only disadvantage is breakfast as the choice of products is poor. I recommend this hotel but it's better to have breakfasts somewhere else.

We were upstairs so not many windows was the one downfall and a lot of stairs! We had the free breakfast and it's great! Made to order or so many options! Food is really good! We also had dinner one night which was also good. We used the spa and your experience depends on who else is there. It's a little confusing as you have to book it early in the day or before as only 4ish people are allowed at a time but it's nice place to relax with the different pool and hot tubs and things. But they did our laundry as well and the front desk tries to help as much as possible. Well worth the money
