The newly opened, modern, three-star Hotel Crystal, in a great location downtown Košice. Hotel Crystal offers accommodation in 45 double rooms in Business, Economy and Business De Luxe category, with total capacity of 100 beds. The rooms are equipped with safety card locking system. As our guests, within a few minutes, you get to the town centre and visit the most valuable cultural and historical monuments of Košice, such as St. Elisabeth Cathedral, State Theatre, Urban’s Tower, Eastern Slovakia Museum, and many more. While walking in the historical centre, you can also visit the Aupark shopping centre in its vicinity. You will surely appreciate the easy transport options - the public transport stop is right next to the hotel, the train and bus stations are within and the international airport is about a 15 minute drive.

A pretty modern hotel located not far from downtown (10-minute walk) but in a rather dubious neighborhood. Parking is available for free in front of the hotel. Breakfast is decent. The downside is the unbelieveble lack of A/C or ventilation. So think twice before choosing this hotel in summer.

The interior design was very nice, everything looked new. The breakfast was awesome, lots of salty and sweet options. Pretty close to the city center, about 10 min walk. Parking right in front of the hotel, with video surveillance.

This month I have stayed in the Crystal twice. After staying in seven hotels in kosice this year, I now cannot imagine staying anywhere else. I have stayed in 3☆4☆5☆ none have been as exceptional as this. Exceptionally clean. Friendly, helpful and the breakfast has been just amazing. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, zuzana. Happy, smiling and so welcoming. The evening receptiomist, valerie. She helped me translate something important. The front desk manager Melissa, professional, helpful and happy. Breakfast staff also doing a great job.
What a wonderful experience. This hotel are doing things right.
I will be back. Thank you so much!

just stayed a group of 4 as part of a work event. Arrived at 2300 and reception checked us in and were friendly and efficient. Would be nice to have a bar or have access to alcohol. Breakfast is a very good selection. Room was excellent, with a separate lounge, toilet and shower room. Good overall value. Location is ok and 10-15 mins walk to the center

Nice and positive surprise from this hotel. For the good price offering great value. Nice modern rooms. Available parking. Great breakfast with many selections. Staff nice and ready to help. Maybe just staircase needs to be finished.

Stayed overnight in kosice with my group. Lovely rooms. Good space. Modern and clean. Lovely bathroom with spacious shower. Stunning breakfast. Nice bar area. Walking distance to old town where we ate dinner. Safe location.

We had a lovely stay but there is no air conditioning so the nights were very uncomfortable. The breakfast has a good variety. The saving grace of this hotel is the 2 excellent receptionists : Susanna and Valeria. They were very helpful and polite. Overall a nice place but air-conditioning would be a great addition.
