Great location, very clean , very helpful staff, On our arrival they upgraded us to a bigger apartment for no extra , they allowed us to check out late which was very helpful. The apartment is right at the beginning of the Old Town , fabulous city , would highly recommend the tour bus , highly recommended these apartments will definitely be back

Great accomodation - lovely room (even had a balcony!). Staff were excellent. This doesn't have a luxurious lobby or anything but friendly staff who went out their way to help, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and kitchens, central location and very very reasonable in price. Perfect!

Booking accommodation online can be risky. Choosing VIP Apartments turned out to be amazingly fortunate. Our apartment was modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen was fine for breakfast and snacks. Tea and coffee were provided. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us good advice on places to visit, transport etc. But a real bonus was the perfect location. All of the Old Town is pedestrianised and we could step out into a fairy-tale world of cobbled streets, beautiful architecture and lots of good bars and restaurants. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Stayed here for 4 nights. It is very central and near many cafes restaurants and bars. Had one of the small apartments. it was very clean and modern and more than adequate. The rooms were well heated. the small kitchen area had a fridge, which was great. Staff here were very helpful and nice and would like to say a huge thank you to the man at reception with glasses ( didn't get his name)who booked our bus to Vienna for us and organized room cleaning. He was extremely helpful, and also to Boris who was very helpful too. Would highly recommend staying here.

Room Tip: The cheapest room has a small bedroom but is very adequate. Pay a bit extra if you want a larger...

We had a really nice experience staying here. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment we came till the minute we checked out. The location is perfect, all the coffee shops and restaurants are near, there is a bakery and a supermarket just 50 meters away. The room was very clean, kitchen fully equiped. Wifi connection is great and there is a balcony on every floor so it is very convinient if you are a smoker. The street is very busy, but rooms have double windows so the noise can’t bother you at all. We’re looking forward to visiting again!

In Europe for three weeks. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel is because they have washer/dryer in room. Washing machine was not working and I was told I couldn’t be moved to another room. So disappointing

I was surprised when I walked into our studio apartment, I never thought I would be in love with a hotel like I was with this tiny studio. It had everything including a fridge, stove and microwave. We were a family of 3 (my husband, 10 year old daughter and I), the room had a couch right in front of our bed that turns into a huge bed for our daughter. There's a desk in the room and a small table with two seats. Huge area to store your bags in front of the wardrobe ( which is huge, by the way). Kitchen has it all, and there's a sliding door to separate the kitchen from the sleeping area that also sections off the wardrobe area. The only downside is that they don't offer breakfast. However, the hotel is right next to a small market that has everything you may need for breakfast including fresh bakery ( that's delivered everyday at 6 am). Hotel has an elevator as well, no need to worry about carrying your bags up the stairs. The hotel is a building that was built in the 17th century (hotel is newly renovated), right next to St. Michael's Gate. Bratislava was surrounded by 4 gates and the only remaining gate is this one. Built back in the 13th century, what a magical place! Quite central in Bratislava, I just loved walking down the streets surrounding our hotel. So much history around it, truly breathtaking! Bratislava is a magical city and so is this hotel!

This hotel is in the shadow of St Michael’s gate , so excellent area to see all the city centre attractions. Large room with a separate kitchen. Also separate bathroom and toilet. Air conditioning in room, so good night sleep. Also very comfortable beds . We were on the first floor, but it was ever so quiet. Friendly man at reception, would always say hello. Would highly recommend.

Myself and 2 friends stayed at VIP Apartments in August and had a fab stay. Tucked down a pedestrian street near St Michael’s Gate in the Old Town of Bratislava, the apartments are in a fantastic location, just a stones throw from lovely bars and restaurants and approximately 20 minute walk to Bratislava Castle. If you do need to travel further afield, there are trams and buses available from just around the corner, however we mostly relied on Uber (which were extremely cheap and reliable throughout our time in Bratislava). The room itself was good, we asked for a triple room with 3 single beds and received 2 single beds and a sofa bed, however all were perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, however the door to the bathroom was glass (fine for us as a group of close female friends, but maybe less so if you’re staying with people you are less close with). The kitchen area, although small, was equipped with everything we needed, and there was a large wardrobe and safe to use free of charge. The only small issue with the room was that the air conditioning unit was behind the curtains meaning that at night, when the curtains were drawn, very little air was able to enter the room. To rectify this I would perhaps recommend bringing an eye mask so that, if needed, you can open the curtains to allow the air in! All staff we encountered were friendly and offered us maps and advice if required. I would definitely recommend the apartments as the location was perfect for a short city break and they were fantastic value for money.
