Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A very good hotel and great location and very friendly staff. The hotel/botel is situated on the river Danube. Only a couple of minutes walk from shops bars and restaurants. Will definitely be going back.

We were traveling with 2 more friends and decided to stay at this hotel after visiting Vienna. It was a wonderful experience. The weather that day didn't help but the Botel and their staff were amazing and we had a great time. Rooms are clean and cozy. Amenities are good. The bar is amazing and they allowed us to stay late and enjoy more beer. It is in a perfect location if you are planning to visit Bratislava. I highly recommend this place.

We did not sleep here but we did take in dinner. The setting is at night, on the flowing Danube. The city lights, the famous UFO structure, all lit up. How much more romantic can you get than this? We walked aboard this somewhat shabby and dark Botel entrance but made our way to the upper patio deck for an evening meal. The patio was occupied by a group of drunk football fans who, thankfully left after 15 minutes. This afforded us the opportunity to sit where they had sat at the rear of the boat, on the patio. There were very few patrons dining there which made it even more relaxing. A very nice waitress took our order and while it took some time to receive it, it was well worth it. I had a beer and stuffed chicken breast portion with a very tasty risotto dish and a

Botel Gracia is a nice place to stay at for a short getaway weekend. Hotel staff are friendly, location is very central, room is minimal but has nearly everything you need for one night, breakfast could be improved.

Never stayed on a boat overnight before and after this experience I am won over - was warm and comfy and not bobbing up and down like I thought it would be. Fair enough it is bolted and anchored so is fixed and not a floating boat as such but really pleasant staff and was perfect.

Stayed one night on 26th March together with my friend before returning to U.K.from our Slovakian trip. Excellent location. Decor a bit tired but bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast room again tired decor and the breakfast buffet needs to be improved but it did the job anyway but I would give 5 stars if thr buffet was better. Quiet during the night and we had really good sleep and good stay.

Botel Gracia is situated perfectly for someone who wants to explore Bratislava. In fact, the only other hotels that match it in terms of location are the Radisson Blu and Devin Hotel, both which I believe are significantly more expensive. The Botel is situated in the heart of the old town and the main square, St. Martin's Cathedral, Slovak Philharmonic, historical theatre etc are within a 5 min walk. The bus terminal is just around the corner and it is well worth catching a 30 min bus to Devin Castle, on the outskirts of Bratislava, as the views are fantastic. You can also get a bus to Vienna here. The train station (which is slightly removed from the Old Town) is about a 25 min walk, but you can catch a tram here, if walking isn't your thing. Getting to the hotel from

This Hotel is floating in the Danube River. The rooms are clean, the bed very comfortable and are easily big enough for 2 adults. The people here are very forthcoming and try to assure a comfortable stay. The price per night (33€) including breakfast is a real steal in a city which is flooded with tourists. Internet and TV is free.

Nine of us arrived here during the morning. We were able to leave cases in one of the rooms and went off to explore. We were closer than expected to town centre and the warm rooms we returned to after our walk - minus six - were very welcoming. Perfect for a city break. Disappointed to note that the bar was closed on Sunday night when we returned from a day out in Vienna but we strolled into town and found one open. Well worth what we had paid and would stay here again.

Good, decent hotel. The ceiling is a bit low and the bathroom a bit small but its a good hotel for a decent price. The location of the hotel is top, very close to the city centre but not noisy. Ideal for a citytrip of short stay.
