Just returned from this hotel. It was perfect. Clean, great decor, great size bedrooms, very comfortable beds with excellent customer service. Had a great time here. It is very central to everything (6 min walk to main square) but peaceful at night. Loved it and would highly recommend. One downside was the length of time it took to check in. We had a 30 minute wait to even get to the receptionist. Very slow but we were offered complementary drinks - nice touch but in reality you just want to get into your room after a flight and not the best first impression. However, this was a minor issue would definitely stay here again.

Dear Guests thank you so much for your visit and your kind words. I am deeply sorry that you have waited longer for check in, this was the special situation, when the majority of our guests came with one flight at the same time. Please accept our sincere apologies. We are looking forward to welcoming you again in not distant future. Kind regards Monika Slobodova FOM

We stayed here three nights in September 2019. The hotel is very good, it deserves all the 5 stars it has. The location is also very good, very near to the center (easy walk) and near the river. The room was nicely decorated. We expected something bigger for a hotel of this level, but for two it was manageable. We did not try the restaurant but it looked nice. Breakfast was good but, somehow, we expected more for a 5-star hotel. It was nice to have the minibar replenished every day. The hotel has a spa but you have to reserve it and pay for it. A useful thing was that they have umbrellas for you to use. The only wrinkle was that, according to Booking.com, the hotel had an airport shuttle, but they don't. What they do is just call a taxi for you and you pay 22 € for the ride.

Let's not say the hotel. When you walk inside the smell of wood welcomes you. Every every every where is wooden. If you visit this place in winter time you may get warm with fireplace at lobby while making your check in. Staffs are like a diamond. Rooms furnished as classical. Bath liquids are one of the best brand of Europe. Sauna and pool is so cute but you will be charged extra for those services. Breakfast is high quality. Very close to down town. It takes 5 minutes by the walk. Highly recommend

Stayed here some years ago on business and was keen to visit again while visiting Bratislava as part of a holiday in Vienna/Slovakia. It was great then.... and still is! On this occasion we arrived in the fast catamaran from Vienna, and stayed a few days. The hotel is only 10 minutes' walk from the ferry port on the Danube, so this formula works very well. Similarly it is only a couple of hundred metres from Bratislava old town - an ideal location. We were lucky enough to stay in the lovely suite at the front of the property - supremely comfortable, and far from pricey in October when booked on-line in advance. I have paid more for a cupboard-sized room in Paris or Berlin. The suite has everything - free mini-bar, surround sound, great loo(s) and bathroom, and a huge and
