The hotel is big and my room at the 4th floor was nice, comfortable and very clean. The minibar was included and refilled every day. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is with a variety of choices. For a vegetarian or a vegan is a problem… no vegan milk, no vegan yogurt ( this can be improved ). The hotel is in a nice area with two shopping center and near to the historic city center 20 minutes walking.

Was looking forward to staying here. There's heavy snow outside. Didn't enjoy being told to go back outside wall for 15 mins and do a covid test. Even though I'm vaccinated and that's not government regulations. But I did it. No problem. It was negative but the receptionist ( who clearly didn't want to do any work ) though she saw a tiny tiny line and wasn't sure. If Im positive I totally get. I'm not. And it's not the behaviour or manner of a 4 star hotel. It was frankly rude and dismissive. Would NEVER recommend this place.

The hotel looks nothing like a 4* hotel. The furniture is outdated. The minibar was empty for some reason which was really disappointing not having even a bottle of water there. The breakfast was ok. The location is good, approx 10 min walk to the main bus station.

Property is advertised as 4* , but it’s nothing close to. Cheap decor with lots of maintenance issues. As soon as you arrive, it looks amazing, but as soon you take a closer look, you can see, that there is no one taking care of surroundings, have a look at the pics. Rooms are quite ok. However first impression not so.

We decided to book this hotel because we could park our car close by and not pay too much for it. Its about a 25 min walk to the centre or a little shorter by bus. The hotel was almost fully booked but it wasnt noisy in the rooms/hotel at all. It was busy during breakfast though, but everything was restocked. We came a bit too early to check in, and we were really rudely handled by one of the receptionists. Luckily one of her colleagues helped us much more professionally after that.

Excellent Receptionists, Extremely honest and professional, very helpful. All over staff was very nice although hotel was basic and located in residential area. Outside hotel some hobos hanging around while day which not very appealing.

We spent in the hotel for 3 nights during our recent stay in Bratislava. it was unbelievingly bad place to be in, mainly because of A/C that doesn't work, bad room service and a very small place to have breakfast especially when the hotel is fully booked. Air conditioner: there was no AC working in the room (multiple times we mentioned it to reception but had the different answers: the first one was that the hotel AC works now in a heating mode (? - every room has its separate AC?), the second answer was leave it working for couple hours (when we tried it the temperature in the room raised instead of getting lower) and the final one was: we gave all fans to other rooms so open the window, it is cool outside. Reception told us that there is no other room to have instead since the hotel fully booked. NOTHING WAS OFFERED as a compensation for the huge inconvenience caused by inappropriately working AC. Breakfast: served in the partially opened restaurant so during rush hours you need to stand nearby previously used table and wait between 10-15 minutes until the waitress remove dirty dishes from. Some guests did it by themselves. Room Service: if you ask by yourself to change towels and clean trash cans, it will be done only by request (no sign in the room to put on the door asking for room service)

Liked: - Good private parking which costs 9 euros for one night - Very polite and helpful staff - Big room and quite comfortable bed Disliked: - The hotel is a bit outdated, however, it meets the requirements for a comfortable stay - A bit further away from the city center but Bratislava is not big so we walked to the city in ~20 mins and visited every sightseeing location on foot - Breakfast is ok but does not meet the 4 stars. Not a big variety of buffet - Strange smell in the hallways and the room - Terrible WiFi connection in the rooms

We spent 6 nights in a room with a balcony on the 6th floor. Plus: Great price (due to the covid approx 30% less than usually) Nice room - coffee/tea tray set, great view, comfortable beds, nice shower, cleanliness, good airco. Smart flat Tv with Youtube and Internet Good quiet location. Friendly staff Due to the covid, the cleaning of the rooms was provided on request by hanging the sign on the handle - it worked perfectly and the nice cleaning ladies even speak some English. The less nice: Hotel definitely looks a bit tired The choice of the TV programs is limited - too many Russian and Chinese channels, many channels are "empty". Breakfast without much fantasy and of a lower quality, as could be expected for a 4* - however, this could be the effect of the lowered prices. Still, neither that could be an excuse for the poor quality of the coffee. One small lift is definitely not enough and it is rather slow as well The stairs which are the only exit alternative to the lift, is kind of 2-3* experience, with an old carpet, ugly repeating photos on the wall, and some dusty plants. Definitely not a safe emergency exit in case of an fire.

Our spacious hotel room faced the back which was good, no sun in our room during the day. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom contained a bath tub but no shower head holder. While showering the water went underneath the protection wall, where there is a 1 to 2 cm gap and wetted the floor and the only place to put dry clothes (the toilet lid). The fan in the bathroom worked pretty good. But the airconditioning not that properly, in other words it didn’t cool much the temp down only to a certain degree and it was really noisy. We couldn’t have let the aircon running during the night. Room service needs to be requested while putting out a sign on the door. Breakfast was a buffet. It offers a vast variety of food and drinks. I had coffee from the machine and out of a can. Both times it tasted more like water only the colour was different to water. Same with the orange juice and hit chocolate. So both of us only drank water our tea as anything else was weird. Due to Corona we both got really fed up. Other people didn’t respect the rules and regulations wearing a mask as obliged while getting up to get more things to eat or to drink. Even most of the staff members wear their mask below the nose or chin. I’ve never seen a staff member pointing out the wrong behaviour of guests not wearing a mask. I guess it won’t take long till the next wave of Corona outbreak comes and travelers bring it to their country. It’s not a respectful behaviour. We didn’t feel well in that hotel.
