We stayed here over the new year period and really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, it takes around 10 minutes to walk to the city centre and the walk is pleasant and quiet. The hotel itself was relatively quiet when we stayed. The room was a nice size and very clean, the shower was excellent and nice toiletries were provided. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and a range of options. It’s easy to get to the hotel from the airport by using the public bus and walking a few minutes! We did have a taxi back to the airport as it was a little easier, the Bolt app is very good and very cheap! This hotel is also in walking distance to the train station, where we caught the train to Vienna for the day. To be honest, I preferred Bratislava! A hidden gem in Europe with so much to see and do. This hotel is ideal as its location is quiet and peaceful enough, however close enough to the centre. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We were able to store our luggage in a secure luggage room on our last day. The only thing I will say is that the entire place was boiling! Although this was quite welcome as it was freezing outside! I highly recommend this hotel, and Bratislava!

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Location is OK easy walk to the old town with its bars and restaurants. Parking on site, reception staff efficient, reception area somewhat sparse and incessant piped music is annoying. Room was spacious enough but there were no easily assessable power outlets, no USB sockets. Double bed was 2 single mattress will single duvets. Heating/ AC was not very effective but at least you can open the window fully.

Bathroom was OK but no room by the sink for your personal stuff.

Kettle and mini fridge in the room, but no iron/ironing board in the room, to do any ironing you need to go to reception and sign for a key to the ironing room on the 3rd floor.

No English language TV channels and internet is pretty slow and WIFI signal is weak.

An OK stay and not bad price wise, but if I’m in the city again I’d try another hotel.

Buffet style breakfast was decent enough, never ate any other meals in the hotel.

Reception Staff unhelpful, Phone in room does not work, was on fourth floor, had to go to reception twice, after been promised that they would send someone up, they left me sitting for 20 minutes and then when I went down, they said we can't help. I can see the hdmi connection on the back of the TV, but TV so close to the wall I can't access any of the hdmi ports at all. I've been travelling all day, wanted to plug in my fire stick and chill and watch some TV in a language I understand but cannot cause staff to lazy to help. I will say I had some food brought to the room and the lady was very nice and food was delicious.

We wanted a hotel in walk distance from the station and to the old town area. This fitted the bill.

Only 15-20 minutes walk from the station we find a nice hotel. The reception area is modern, though the rooms slightly older, in style.

Good size room, what you need in a hotel and nice and clean.

We had prepaid for breakfast and this gives you a good spread of options both warm and cold food. Will recommend that instead of searching for outside options.

Short walk to the start of the “city” and all the main areas of town. We did not use public transport at any point. Though we do enjoy walking and taking in a city.

Would consider to stay here another time in Bratislava.

Decent location w/about a 20-25 min. walk south down to the historic center. Mini-grocery store about a 5-10 min. walk away. Room was clean, modern, spartan & good sized. Quiet location as the view from my room was a massive open lot on the south side. Great for a solo traveler who needs a budget option w/o frills as a place to sleep & get online to plan one's time out and about.

Stayed one night in April 2024. Within walking distance of the Bratislava Hlavna train station and the old town. The reception was a bit difficult to find at first but the staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was fine, the mattress was quite thin and there was just one giant pillow. There was a door that seemed to open out onto a communal terrace along with neighbouring rooms. I slept well and there was no noise.

Yes, in my opinion this is 3* hotel but it is great. Some ten minutes walk from the city center, so location is ideal, hotel staff are kind and professional, room is more than big and clean enough and bathroom too. I am very satisfied with this hotel and i can highly recommend it.

Weekend in Bratislava. The hotel was in a good location, 10 mins from the old town. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a great view across the city. Very good bathroom, and WiFi was decent. Breakfast was very tasty too, with lots of good authentic options.

Wish the sauna was open earlier, though, as we had gone into the city by the time it had opened. Overall, it was a great stay.
