Detailed Reviews
We only stayed here for one night but it was a great base for us to explore Bratislava within!
We arrived around 2pm and were able to check into our hotel room with our room being ready, meaning we were able to freshen up after our train ride from Budapest which was a bonus as check in is usually around 3pm.
The room itself was a good size, with a comfy bed and great amenities! The only downside was that the aircon wasn't working correctly, and was only pumping out hot air. We weren't in a hot season, so I opened the window to help keep the room cool.
The location of the hotel was great, we were close to the centre of Bratislava within walking distance which isn't hard to do as it's quite a small capital.
We paid for breakfast, which was great and had a lot of options to choose from both hot and cold.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

It's a decent hotel for business trips and is walkable distance (weather permitting) to the business districts. The old town is a short stroll away and the Castle is a 20 min walk. There's also a host of restaurants nearby.
The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious - modern and clean with most amenities like iron/hair dryer/locker and coffee machines.
There is a gym as well but it's limited to one machine and a couple of treadmills - which is reasonable for when travelling.
The breakfast was disappointing - no fresh hot beverages ( there is a coffee machine in place) or omelettes and just cereals and bread/pastries if you're a vegetarian. Also, the hotel and location would best suit business travelers and not families with smaller kids given the cobbled streets that are not ideal for buggy pushing. ( And no pool in the hotel)

I spent two nights in this hotel, the reservation was made using a Connexservice voucher received when purchasing a product. The hotel and room are well maintained and attractive. Check-in and check-out were quick, 2 magnetic cards were provided for the elevators and room doors.
In the spacious room facing the inner courtyard, there is a coffee maker and a kettle, with tea and coffee. Gift small bottles of mineral water were prepared every day. In the room there is a safe, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, TV capable of using YouTube, mini fridge, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are available in the bathroom. The breakfast and the multi-course dinner eaten using the free 80 euro voucher were excellent.
The staff was very attentive and polite. If I were to return to Bratislava, I would choose this hotel again.

This AC Hotel is a new Marriott option in Bratislava but it’s not a newly built hotel, it’s an old hotel that it was rebranded to Marriott last year. The worst thing about this hotel is that they don’t have any respect for privacy even if you put the (Do not disturb) sign. First morning at 10AM the housekeeping lady entered my room while I was sleeping and I was really shocked when I saw her since I put the sign already, she interrupted my sleep. The other morning on the day of checking out the sign was there and it’s the day of checking out normally you wouldn’t expect the housekeeping and the same happened this time with another lady from the staff at 11AM. It looks like this is the norm at this hotel. Even the sign itself has so many exceptions written on it, the language is not emphasizing the privacy enough, it’s hilarious I’ve never seen that in any hotel before. Another problem was the weak Wifi connection in my room 252. Breakfast is not complimentary for Marriott Titanium members but you can pay 3.20€ to have it included with the daily credit, breakfast was Ok but definitely not worth the 12 or 15€ since so many usual breakfast items are missing. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a good stay.

I used upgrade certificates for a balcony room. I arrived to a different room than pictured on the website. The layout is much more closed off, but it does have a nice balcony. It’s fine. What wasn’t fine was when I went to take a shower the shampoo and body wash containers were completely empty. I don’t know how this couldn’t be checked before a new guest arrives. I used the bar (hand) soap but had to go with unwashed hair for the day.
Also when I arrived I notice the mini bar was empty, despite the website clearly saying each room is equipped with a minibar. When I asked why it wasn’t stocked they told me AC hotels don’t have minibars. Ahh, ok. They probably should update the website. So I set upon stocking it myself (they don’t have room service to call). I went to the market-area where most hotels have a decent selection of beverages and snacks. Not here. No Diet Coke. No diet soda of any variety. No Gatorade or other sports drinks. And the selection of snacks is equally bad. A few assorted bags of Lays chips.
Housekeeping kept knocking on my door despite the privacy sign.
The bar is nice but the service is painfully slow. The bartender has to be flagged down constantly, if you can find them at all. They are friendly enough.
It’s a great location.
I wouldn’t return.

Stayed in a suite here which was large and well appointed. Check-in was good and all requests were accommodated. Had a very strange experience with ordering room service dinner as we were told that we need to go downstairs to the bar to look at the menu and order; afterwards we would be given the option to either take the food back to the room ourselves or pay 7 euros for it to be brought up. Kind of strange as the whole point of ordering food to your room is to not have us leaving the room.

A great location for Old Town area. We had a city view room but the view was missing. Room 521. It was a nice quiet room nonetheless. Cleaning staff were excellent; bed made and bins emptied daily and towels changed if required. Nice blackout curtains but darkness is spoiled by a highly lit digital clock which glares at you. The lobby's scent is awful, a very strong manly scent wafts in the air. We stayed 5 nights and our air con stopped working on the 3rd day; this wasn't rectified. The room got very warm at night. The staff were pleasant. Breakfast is advertised on Room TV as €15 each but is actually €19. Bath shower and King bed was great. Toiletries supplied and powerful hairdryer.

The hotel is modern with nice large rooms. It is a convenient location walking distance to the old town. The staff were very pleasant. The problem was that the air conditioning was turned off for the year and the rooms (our group was on the 5th floor) got very hot. I don't think the heat was on, I think it was just sun and heat rising. However, I was told the only thing we could do was open the window. It only opened a crack. Luckily the open window and leaving the blinds open cooled the room down enough for us to sleep. The next day it was just as hot even with the window open all day. They really need to have fans in the rooms if there is no other way to cool them down. Maybe rooms on a lower floor are better.

The hotel is recently renovated in the city just a couple of minutes from the President palace. It's on a pedestrian street, so if you are using taxi/transfer service, the driver would need to park 100m or so from the entrance. However, one can easily walk to the main square on foot in less than 15 mins
Check-in was efficient and fast and room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast is self service and had a good variety of food items.
In the foyer, apart from the reception area, one finds the bar and a kiosk selling items basic drink & food item around the clock.
Price is reasonable for the type of hotel and location.

Had a great visit at the hotel. Just a short walk from the number one tram line from the train station. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced for a Marriott property and the breakfast was nice as well.
If you are looking to do laundry, the hotel offers a per the piece option. For our family of three it was going to cost us over €200 Euro to wash four days of clothes. Instead we walked about 15 minutes down the street to Laundromat Cafe. I spent €12 for a single large washer and dryer. The Employee was very helpful and I think k I could have dropped off the clothes and picked them up the next day for a little more.
I thought the location of the hotel was perfect for a quick stay in Bratislava!
