On first driving towards the hotel you think it;s not the best but once there, it's beautiful. The staff were great and friendly, rooms were really spacious and contemporary. The restaurant is decorated in a sort of shabby chic was and was really nice to sit in......and the breakfast was lovely. The location was only a few minutes away from Bratislava Old Town.

I have stayed In pension Berg with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this hidden gem. I will start from check in- very helpful young man showed us the rooms and was helpful during the whole stay with getting taxi and recommending what to see in Bratislava. Room was nice and spacious(really enjoyed the bed and large pillows), bathroom was very clean, we loved the coffee machine in our room with nespresso coffee. Breakfast were a la carte with great choice, i personally ate english breakfast both times which were perfect. This place really exceeded our expectations. If we ever visit Bratislava again,we will definitely choose this place. Thank you! Alex from Germany.

Really nice opportunity for good quality of accommodation. Very comfortable rooms, lobby with drinks is open 24h/day so what else? True, not in the centre but good connection to public transport or taxi for 5EUR to the city centre within 10minutes - I like this option so much!

Great and clean room. Nice and friendly personal. Free parking. Restaurant has nice appearance. It's great acomodation on the budget. Room was too cold, heating didn't worked. Breakfast good, but limited.

Typical Slovak style of business. On the photos and first look nice. Real use of fast needle. It is October in the room is could about 17 degrees, the heating is not going all night through receptionist information, it turns on automatically in 19h. In the corridors of a damp wall, everywhere cold, broken shelf in the room, TV is not working, shower does not drain, hot water up to 10min. The heads on the radiator disintegrated (they did not dump). Breakfast is nicely arranged. The service did not remind me that I ordered a breakfest menu two minutes ago. The juice containers are empty, the cutlery is missing, the coffee machine made a capuchino without coffee, only hot milk and STOP Im full of that!!!! I understand that sometimes something goes wrong, they are not be able to repair in time, but this is a mockery. Stars are unauthorized. Klasický Business po Slovensku. Na fotkách a na oko pekne. Realita užité rychlou jehlou. Je 10 měsíc v pokoji zima cca 17 stupňů, topení nejde celou noc přes informaci recepční, ze se v 19h automaticky zapíná. Na chodbách vlhké opadané zdi, všude zima, na pokoji ulomená polička, TV nejde, sprchový kout neodtéká, teplá voda až po 10min. Hlavice na tadiatoru rozpadlá (stejne netopili). Snídaně hezky zarizena. Servis si nepamatoval ze jsem si před 2min objednal snidanove menu. Nádoby na džus prázdné, chybí příbor, automat na kafe udělal capouchino bez kafe, tedy jen teple mléko a DOST!!!! Chápu že se občas něco pokazí nepovede, nestihne opravit, ale tohle je výsměch. Hvězdičky jsou neoprávněné. …

Menu not so variety but very tasty like home made. staff very friendly and smilling. location is little outside of town and native citizens cannot find it so easy but overal feeling very good. We've been encouraged by the photos and a nice price to stay at that place. It was huge mistake. Funny part is that they have 2 totally different standards of rooms - economy and business - the difference in price is 10 euros per day. The first room was a total disaster - filthy, stinky, damaged furniture, damaged walls... I was shocked. We asked for a change, the second one was a bit better but still - dirty beds, dirty floor, dirty walls, no curtains in the windows, no ventilation in the bathroom so on the ceiling we could see the first signs of mould, the toilet was not properly attached to the floor and it was moving at the sides, no service... DISASTER. Especially for such price - 40 euros per day! I heard that the business rooms are better but I didn't see any so its hard to say.... The only 2 good things was that we had our room in the middle of the corridor so the wifi signal was really good and the second good thing was that the price included breakfast.…

We stay one night here. First: the location is very strange, near a factory or something, very isolated. Inside, if your room is near the end of the coridor, the signal for wifi is very bad. Inside the room not the best sheets for bed, we found broken sheets in the bed. Anyhow, we sleep here, maybe because we was very tired. I made the booking and at the receprion they ask me to pay another local tax. So be aware. I personaly will not recomend. The staff and restaurant very nice :)

Room untidy and filthy. Bad smell. Well, we liked the stuff, the receptionist without uniform, but nice girl. Cannot opine about the restaurant, we did not eat there. From outside very good looking hotel. Three stars are unreal.
