Liked · the location was very good, just a few meters away from the old town. However, the Crown Plaza (for less money) is just opposite and would be a MUCH better option for travelers. The room was quite spacious - one double bed and one single. Although when i put my daughter to sleep i noticed gum stuck on the wall. See picture. Disliked · 1. Although the property sent me a message with instructions of how to get to the reception, i did not have wifi so could not access the message. I called to ask where the property was and for a good 5 minutes they were trying to explain to me how to find the reception (a small door next to a cafe), when i did eventually find it 2 persons at the reception were there who could have easily just walked out to let me know where they were. 2. All the hotels i have stayed at extend their breakfasts if it is on a Sunday and especially if it is a morning after the new years eve. I was not told during check-in the hours of breakfast but noticed a small sign on the reception saying that it is until 10 (see picture). However, there was another sign on the café (which was outside the property - and down the road) stating that on the 1/1/2023 (morning after new years eve) opening hours would be until 11 (see picture). We arrived for breakfast at 10:20 and they would not serve us as they said they only serve until 10. When i questioned reception he just shrug his shoulders. The 2nd morning we managed to have a breakfast (extremely basic) and i went to have coffee once finished with my breakfast at 10:01. The coffee machine was out of order and when i asked the waitress she said breakfast closes at 10! When i asked her if she could make me a coffee since its JUST ONE minute past closing time she refused. 4. The building is an old, run down building with a lift probably dating a good 60 years old - not sure how safe this is. Although the room inside was renovated, the view was terrible (see pictures). The first day, cleaners had come into our room, put 2 clean towels (we were 3 persons) but did not make the beds. For the 3 days we stayed there the dirty mugs were not replaced.…

La chambre était très bien, vraiment très propre à la fois l'espace nuit et la salle de bain. La décoration était très jolie et il y avait beaucoup d'espace. Une chambre très spacieuse, une vue sur une rue très calme mais qui reste très bien placée dans la ville. Juste à côté du palais présidentiel et du centre historique avec les boutiques, restaurants et bars. L'enregistrement à l'arrivée était très simple et le personnel était très sympathique à la fois les agents de nettoyage et les réceptionnistes qui nous ont même laissé déposer nos bagages la dernière journée dans un local à la réception après le check-out. Seul petit problème il faisait presque 20°C dehors et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre puisque le chauffage était à fond et impossible de le baisser. Von außen sieht das Hotel wirklich nicht schön aus. Der Aufzug wirkt nicht vertrauenserweckend, aber ist was für Nostalgiefreunde. Die Zimmer sind jedoch modern und sinnvoll eingerichtet (2 Steckdosen an jedem Bett, Wasserkocher, Fernseher mit Netflix- und YouTube-App, ebenerdige Dusche mit vernünftigem Wasserdruck). W-LAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Kofferaufbewahrung ist in einem Raum neben der Rezeption möglich.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in una camera tripla. La stanza non era male, abbastanza ampia con bagno carino. Grande pecca: IN 4 GIORNI NON SONO MAI VENUTI A PULIRE LA STANZA E A CAMBIARE LENZUOLA E ASCIUGAMANI. Siamo dovute scendere a chiedere la carta igienica finita. Insomma, servizio molto scadente!

Ingresso a parte, una volta entrati in camera si ha un senso di comfort, l'ambiente é caldo e pulito, letto comodissimo e lenzuola pulite. Bagno in perfette condizioni e dotato di set di cortesia. In camera c'è un bollitore e tutto il necessario per delle bevande calde! Lo consiglio!

Aunque la llegada fue un poco confusa debido a que hay que recoger las llaves en una pensión que queda a media cuadra debo confesar que el Hotel me sorprendió positivamente. El Edificio parece un poco antiguo y el ascensor de película de terror pero las habitaciones son super bonitas amplias y comodas. Mi habitación estaba bien aseada y me dejaron productos de tocador de cortesía en el baño! Me encantó la ubicación ya que estaba muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la estación de tren. Recomendaría este lugar a mis amigos!

Il posto è confortevole e non molto lontano dal centro della città. Non merita le 5 stelle per l'aspetto esterno anonimo, per l'assenza di una sala colazione (su usa, volendo, il locale bar adiacente ma bisogna uscire e fare alcuni metri lungo la strada), idem per la reception, allocata nella struttura adiacente. Attenzione all'arrivo. Per il resto nulla da dire: stanze luminose spaziose, pulite, buona biancheria. Funzionale e nuovo anche il.bagno Prezzo più che onesto. Da ritornarci!

We had the quadruple comfort room, the beds were comfy, there was enough plug sockets which was great, bathroom was big enough and nice shower. Great location just a short walk for the Christmas market which was brilliant, well worth the money although first thoughts from the outside and stairs in the building wasnt great but the room was perfect, I will visit again!

Great location - in between the railway station and the old town. Sadly, the grumpy man on reception spoilt our trip. He was totally miserable and wouldn't let us pay individually, I had to pay for everyone in our group (11 of us!!). He also advised that breakfast was 6 euros when in fact it was 7.50. The room was clean but the drainage on the shower floor sloped the wromg way meaning that the bathroom floor was constantly flooded.
