Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

staying on the campsite - no soap in any of the toilets, the showers are cold and the shower curtain if there is one is disgusting. There are 2 sinks to wash up with NO hot water. there is no outside tap for water no waste water disposal site or chemical toilet waste and to top it off the pool has pool police which suck the fun from everything - the kids are splashing and playing on and inflatable and the fun sponge pool police tell them that the pool is a privilege and there is 1 stern woman and 3 burly males stood at the pool with scissors (to cut off the kids pool wrist bands) watching a group of young teenagers having fun - but I will point out are not out of hand as their parents are supervising - this pool privelige also costs 2€ for 4 hours or 3.50€ a day. In actual fact one child has just jumped in and the pool police has cut his wrist band off cut viciously and chucked him out.

Perfect place for water sports during summer holiday, or business party. They have about 7 sport water activities, big area, a lot of nature, but close to Bratislava. Not a luxury hotel, but enough for family event or small teambuilding.

We tried rafting with firends and actually it was fun, but is not enough. The rafting was exciting but short. The leaders were young man and the first dissapointing thing was their attitude. They were not smileing but it's okey if not happy with their job, but they were not helpfull. They were laughing and chatting with each other but not helped us to take a boat back. The hotel stuff is not helpfull too, we could not pay with card becouse the machine was wrong, so we had to wait more than half our. In the end, we had to suggested that may be we could use the restaurant machine, and thank for us we can pay it finally. I don' t why did'n want to solve this problem and why we had to wait and figuer out the solutinion. It was really unconfortable.

Nice hotel Nice hotel near the whitewater canal, with very good food and lots of activities to do. Rooms are large and clean, though quite simply furnished. Staff are pleasant, but in any case needs substantial improvement.

I was in this hotel in August. When we got to Cunovo I was a little bit shock becouse the map indicated that I have to go on the pennisula on th River Dunaj. Yes! this way was right, You have to go practicly more less 1km into the river and there is the hotel. The hotel made good impression. Clean, tidy, the rooms with big balcony. For my 5 person familly just OK. Most of clients of this hotel were young people who came here probaybly on sports camp. they trained mountain canoe races. In the neighbourhood of hotel there are few professional racecorse for canoe. moreover there are camp for volleyball and green area which can be used for another sports. For my children the most interesting was pen for domestic animals. We were in the restaurant as well but they did not have any interesting in menu exept great slovakia beer Zloty Bażant. We were in hotel only for one night. The breakfast was included in the price and was OK. Generally hotel was OK I can recommend. That what my impressed the most, was the location of hotel - You live on the center of hudge river Dunaj. It s amazing!

Pleasant place to stay. The hotel offers a good base for sport activities (had no time to try any) but is suitable for business meetings and well. Rooms are clean and of appropriate size. The breakfast offer is just what you expect in this kind of hotel. Everyone appreciated the hotel restaurant and the staff ready to stay overtime in the evening because of our company:)
