I am visiting the wellnes at hotel about 2 + years. Pros: - chill - Private (relative) - Price (if you have discount) Cons: - Ood furniture - The director is extremely unpleasant person - using vulgarisms to me as customer after I complained about wild fluctuation of personal and out of service Jakuzzi - 35 min by car from district c. Customer is treated rather as the last piece of the whole lifecycle and constantly changing personal? Well, as I was advised by director - its their fault. How bad must be the management of the hotel if they advise you to go elswhere? Sure... i ll do it without any hesitation :)

Together with my family, we had a wonderful time there just before Christmas. Not only the hotel is situated very strategically close to the capital city of Slovak Republic, but also it is just a few steps from the Austrian borders too. Thanks to the hotel location, one does not have to be exposed to traffic jams as they are common in the eastern part of the city or around hotels situated in the city center. My wife and I enjoyed the cuisine so much and we could not get enough of lovely pumpkin risotto... Rooms were quiet, well maintained, always tidy and overall we felt like in our own living room there. Service level topped our experience from other hotels, and we would not hesitate to accommodate ourselves there again as we get incomparable value for our money.

Stayed two nights to attend a conference with participants from all over the world. New hotel, very comfortable rooms, extremely nice staff. After work and dinner, we all went and play bowling inside the hotel and it opens very late. Fantastic way to get accounted with all the participants. Internet, Tennis, Fitness Club everything is available if you have the time. Location is a bit far from downtown but if you are here on business it’s a great place to relax after work. Only negative point is Breakfast. On a scale of 10 I would give it a 5. I want to emphasize the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Overhaul no complains.

The Ponteo is very nice venue and I think you can enjoy the calm nice atmosphere. What is more there is a very nice stuff and possibility to play a bowling. The communication from side of management is very helpful, flexible and professional. The food is tasty and the coffee is great,too. I recommend the venue for different events and relax during rainy weekends.

Beautiful modern building with free parking. Room was nice and comfortable. Nice location not so near to Bratislava traffic. Breakfast was not excellent but acceptable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for work travellers and also vacation.

The hotel looks very modern, the rooms are cozy and with big windows. The refrigirator in the room made noises like a hungry grizzly bear, so it needed to be powered off. Nice bathroom. The only negative issue was the breakfast: cold eggs, cold sausages, no big choice. But regarding the price (67€), still a good option for a one night stay.

The hotel is quite modern, suites are clean and comfortable. Some nice touches of this hotel are (a) talking parrots in the lobby; (b) an excellent sports complex. Some of the downsides: (a) trains rattle by the hotel once an hour even at night; (b) service could be a bit friendlier.

Located a bit outside of Bratislava but nevertheless a good choice to stay even to visit the city. Hotel is well equipped and has excellent spa infrastructure. The restaurant has a wide choice of dishes and is very good. The rooms are not too big and rather simple but offer all comfort needed. The hotel is child friendly as there is a large playground right next to the terrace.
