We spent 1 night at this hotel with my wife during our trip across SVK. The hotel is quite new-looking, with modern room and bathroom, which is almost the same size as the whole room. We were pretty suprised about the size of the room, which was very small comparing it to other 4* hotels' we have had chance to visit.
One thing, which really annoyed us during our stay was the condition of the relatively new showercorner. There was rust and mould in it and it really didn't contribute to our overall satisfaction. I do understand, that this is quite a big facility with many rooms and having all the accessories in all the rooms in 100% condition is mission impossible, but cleaniness is really something, where no compromise can be done.
Another thing, which was pretty scary was the balcony. This was basically an aisle outside the room shared with all the rooms on the particular floor so anyone could walk in front of your room's "glass-door". At least some paravans to kind of separate the space would be fine.
Not to be pesimistic only I have to say, that breakfast was delicious. Also the staff (reception and restaurant) was very friendly.

This is a very quiet and nice hotel about 15 minutes from the center of Bratislava in city part Rusovce. Comfortable and clean rooms. From the room, I had a beautiful view of sunrise. Great food, friendly staff in the restaurant. Although small but nice wellness cetnrum, I recommend visiting in the evening if you prefer privacy with your girlfriend like me. Good bowling center with a large selection of cocktails. The friendly receptionist who only speak English and Slovak :-/ . I recommend booking through reservation portals because walk-in prices are a bit high.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Rusoviec, with good access by highway or public transport. There is a large enough and free parking lot in front of it. The interior is elegant, modern. It is also very suitable for larger or smaller celebrations. Specifically, I want to express my great satisfaction with the celebration for about 60 people. The space is variable for the purposes of dancing, just sitting and talking, eating food, or other additional experiences at the celebration, e.g. photo wall. There is a terrace surrounded by greenery around the restaurant, so you can also sit outside. The management of the hotel is very professional, the organization was perfect (thank you Ms. Bauerová), the waiters and hotel staff are also nice. The food was great, everyone praised each other, it is possible to choose from several variants of the buffet menu. The hotel provides free basic decoration and allows you to bring your own alcohol, desserts and salty snacks. Thanks to this hotel, my celebration was an experience.

Together with my family, we had a wonderful time there just before Christmas. Not only the hotel is situated very strategically close to the capital city of Slovak Republic, but also it is just a few steps from the Austrian borders too. Thanks to the hotel location, one does not have to be exposed to traffic jams as they are common in the eastern part of the city or around hotels situated in the city center.
My wife and I enjoyed the cuisine so much and we could not get enough of lovely pumpkin risotto... Rooms were quiet, well maintained, always tidy and overall we felt like in our own living room there.
Service level topped our experience from other hotels, and we would not hesitate to accommodate ourselves there again as we get incomparable value for our money.

I was surprised when I found such a bad rating of Ponteo, because I have to say, that this hotel is the best with compare to othres in Bratislava, and I stayed at many of them. You feel like a part of Ponteo family when you are here, staff is always in a good mood and everybody takes care about you. I spent there 5 days, and had always something to do - wellness, massage, bowling with my clients, tennis with teacher.. They gave me a good rate and also voucher if a come back, and definetly I am going to return for my next trip to Bratislava. Highly recommended!

We are sorry you was not satisfy with staying in our hotel. We are sorry for your discomfort caused by noise of wedding party. Our staff tried solved it by changing your room immediately. Time for breakfast in in our hotel from Monday till Friday from 7 a. m. and during weekend from 8 a. m. Guests are informed about during their check in. So we are sorry for misunderstanding that you thought that breakfast time is during weekends from 7 a. m. Breakfast was on Sunday available in full range and in regular time from 8 a.m. and chefs staff was in kitchen in full number and not the same like staff from wedding party already (they were changed at 6.30 a. m.). We will contact you with special bonus offer for your next visit of our hotel by our managment.

We spent a three days at Ponteo with friends and we didnt need to go anywhere else! Had na delicious dinner, bowling and a Lot of fun! Other day wellness and cycle tour to thr near lakes, the last day, tennis, beachvoley.. Nice place for ´active" holiday!

I am visiting the wellnes at hotel about 2 + years. Pros: - chill - Private (relative) - Price (if you have discount)
Cons: - Ood furniture - The director is extremely unpleasant person - using vulgarisms to me as customer after I complained about wild fluctuation of personal and out of service Jakuzzi - 35 min by car from district c.
Customer is treated rather as the last piece of the whole lifecycle and constantly changing personal? Well, as I was advised by director - its their fault. How bad must be the management of the hotel if they advise you to go elswhere? Sure... i ll do it without any hesitation :)
