Room was clean, enough towels were provided too.
Breakfast is poor and coffee is terrible. No possible to obtain an espresso. There are good services but always with extra pay.
Positives:
*Decent restaurant (although I could see my steak had been sitting under the heater for a good few minutes)
*Relatively new
Negatives:
*Very noisy (I was woken up by guests going to their rooms at midnight!)
*No shower
*You have to request a remote for the air conditioners in the rooms
*Beds are not the most comfortable
In the end I would recommend taking a hotel near the center and fork out for a taxi to customers.
The hotel is located in the Kramare section of Bratislava, 10 minutes taxi ride (7 Eur) from the Novy Most stop for buses to Vienna Airport or Vienna Center. Taxi to Vienna costs about Eur 60 and to Budapest about Eur 200.
The only negatives that I can cite are: no coffee or tea making facility, could have fluffier bathroom linens and hangers for ladies' skirts. The general atmosphere and the helpful staff make up for it. Julia, the charming and very capable waitress in the restaurant went beyond her call of duty on a daily basis (and with a smile) to cater to my vegetarian needs.
Thank you All for an easy, comfortable and pleasant stay.
Hotel is in good location by Hospital Kramáre.Shop Very cloase and restaurant is opposite very good beer and steak.Hotel have ok breakfast..
The room was small enough to look very private, but the bed was a little bit unconfortable, it had a weird spring mattress so it could give you some back pain.
The restaurant is very good. Its size makes you feel very confortable with the other people around. The breakfast is very good and the scrambled eggs are the best I have ever eaten.
