The hotel's location is excellent in a quiet side street near both the Danube and the beautiful old town. We had a 2-bed room facing the inner courtyard, which was extremely quiet, so we could sleep with the window open. The small underground car park is practical, although you had to reserve it in advance, but we didn't have any parking problems. The breakfast buffet was small but nice, the staff friendly, which means we were very happy with our stay and can highly recommend the hotel for a visit to Bratislava.

Very convenient for its central location, close to all places of interest and at the same time easy to reach by car. The possibility of using the underground parking was also excellent, even if it was small and had few spaces available: we had to wait for some guests to leave to be able to park, despite the advance request online. Satisfying breakfast with the possibility of choosing between savory and sweet. Standard room sufficiently comfortable and well equipped, comfortable beds. Bathroom normal. Friendly staff, but not particularly cooperative.

We have stayed with my husband in the hotel for 3 nights. We were looking forward to these days because it was supposed to be our first holiday together after the wedding. Our experience with the reception at the front desk was very kindly, because we came earlier then the checkin time, but it was no problem for the staff there to give us a room. We have choose this hotel because we wanted to be near the city center, and we were really not disappointed. Everything was very near, so we see all the historical buildings and streets of the old town. Breakfast which is the hotel serving are very various, so I suppose there can't be problem for anybody to choose the right thing for him. The small issue we have with parking, since we have bigger car and therefore we can not park in the hotel garage because it is smaller, so lady at the reception sent us to the parking house which is located about one minute by walk from the hotel. Even you need to pay for it separately, they gave us during the checkout 50% discount on the price of the parking. All together I can say, that we have really enjoy the whole stay also because any kind of request over the phone was solved in a while.

The only one thing which is good on this hotel is its location. Awful smell in the room, unfriendly staff in all areas of the hotel and WiFi not working at all. I wil never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to other's .

I choose this hotel based on very good reviews and it definitely was fine, but not as great as the reviews said. The staff was very nice and helpful. I came very late at the night and there was no problem with check in. I asked for quite room and I got an amazing room, where I didnt hear anything! That was a big plus!!! The room was clean and quite big, but the style was quite old. Breakfast was nice. The location was very good. The bed was quite bad and the worst was the pillows and the cover of duvet. The material was so uncomfortable that I had big trouble to sleep. Internet was very slow.

I liked and would recommend this hotel: - Clean, comfortable, big size rooms, quiet (my room was on the back, a bit dark though - small window). - Good breakfast. - Excellent value for money. - Very conveniently located, next to the old (and beautiful) pedestrian city center. The front desk staff is efficient and professional, but really cold (as if it was just a 9 to 5 jobs and they really don't care too much about being in the hospitality business - a stark contrast with the usual friendliness of Slovak people).
But the big minus point of this hotel (and of so many hotels across Germany/Austria and probably Slovakia): the ridiculously small quilt/duvet, which you can't really tuck up under the mattress.

Booked room with walk in shower but were given business room with bath , manager upgraded us to suite with walk in shower. Very nice and lots of room . Able to take mobility scooter up in lift to room no problems, level entry from pavement with automatic doors. Breakfast self service ( but can order omelettes or fried eggs- but poached ones so nice we didn't) fresh fruit , juice , cereals cold meats cheeses , many choices of rolls bread croissants pastries too, also hot buffet varies bacon sausage mushrooms etc , but I had the smoked salmon and haddock very nice and fresh . We had dinner 1 night very tasty chicken parmesan risotto and wiener schnitzel with mash, nice choice breads and wine to start with, cheese cake after full of flavour and light and hotel guests get 20% off too pleasant surprise. A little gem of a hotel near historic old town, but quiet , air con good too , river promenade with lots of cafes , restaurants and 2 small supermarkets near by . Transport also arranged to and from vienna and on time and helpful.
