I stayed for 2 nights just as Bratislava shut down for Covid 19. The hotel is a decent base, 5 minutes away from the old town. Easy enough to get to from the airport take the airport bus 61 to Trnavskaa and change there to a 205, it costs 90 cents and takes 40 minutes or so. Make sure you have correct coins for ticket machines
The hotel has no safe.
Reception staff were very good.
Train station is 40 minute walk or €8 taxi.
Blue Church 150 metres
Old Town 5 to 10 minutes walk.
No English tv stations
Very small TV
Room not cleaned during my 2 night stay.
LIDL and Tesco 2 minutes away
Room was clean itself and bathroom
Bed comfy
Shower good and toiletries on wall
Hairdryer in bathroom
Quiet area, with little noise outside
Good value for what I paid and I would stay again, staff were nice and it was ideal for what I wanted.
Somewhere good to eat try No17 bar a 10 minute walk
Good for football, try Red Lion in the old town

On the road behind the famous blue church, the neighbourhood was safe and family orientated. The hotel was quiet, and only a 5 mins walk to the pedestrianised part of town. Five mins in the opposite direction were the bus stops for Devon Castle (#29) and Danubiana (#90). Large room, comfortable bed, kettle and fridge as well as en-suite. Didn't try the breakfast. Shame I couldn't turn the radiator off so had to keep the windows open permanently.

I found the hotel comfortable and the staff very helpful. i was given room one which did not have drapes so the room was lit up all night!! Moved in the morning to another room. Breakfast not up to scratch, solid poached eggs every day and cold baked beans. Also on the downside no mini bar/ no hotel bar/ no wardrobes in the rooms.I enjoyed my stay as i was on my own. Obviously room for improvement. Sorry not worth £40 a night. And small tv no english channels

We had a standard double room which was €79 for one night. I have to say the state of the room offered extremely poor value for this cost. Walking across the floor felt like walking on a ship as there was so much spring in the floor boards. Like others have pointed out the windows are loose and on their last legs. As you can’t control heat from the room we were forced to have the windows wide open all night.

The bathroom stank and leaked badly when showering. The window to the bathroom was unfrosted allowing people in neighboring buildings to look straight in.

Finally the sound proofing is non existent. We were woken up by drunk inconsiderate people banging doors along with shouting and laughing.

My advice would be to avoid and book something else.

the room we slept was very small, dirty and it smells. on the bedding there were hair, the carpet was in stains. the shower was moving and it was dangerous to have a shower, you could fell down easily. the towels were no longer white, they were gray coloured because of their old age. breakfast - very little choice, bread was not fresh, for this price you can find something better in Bratislava. We booked a 3 night stay here as we’re visiting for the Bratislava Marathon. This ticked all the boxes. It was s great price and amazing location. It was less than 10 mins walk from the start/finish (very grateful for this at the end of a marathon!) and was 10 mins into the Main Street with all the main square and restaurants/bars (although there are lots of nice places near this hotel too). Only about 15-20 mins walk up to the castle. Everything was very easy.

Room was big enough for us. Nice street, quiet. Good shower and facilities. Provided shampoo/shower gel and vanity kits with cotton wool and pads. To was good and beds comfy. No air con (didn’t matter to us but would be different in the summer).

Staff were very friendly. Couldn’t do enough to help. We ordered an airport shuttle through the hotel which was only 18€ (much cheaper than getting one on arrival) and the hotel kept me updated with their delays which was appreciated.

The hotel itself is very quaint. I like the vintage lift.

Couldn’t comment on the breakfast as we never had it but it was €9 pp so thought that would be reasonable.

We stayed for 4nights. Staff were welcoming from the moment we checked in. We found all the staff friendly and accommodating throughout the hotel.
The location is ideal for the town centre and especially the historical area.
The famous blue is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet and the hotel itself has a specific quiet time policy at night. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious.
Public transport is close at hand. Also the Danube is within a short walk.

Quick 3 day visit to Bratislava. This was a good location as fairly central, and still quiet enough to sleep, relax. Rooms quitr reasonable, and clean, and spacious. Heating is on a low setting but on for most of night, never felt too cold or too warm. Can add breakfast, very European ( style of sausage, bacon, etc ) fruit, cereal, toast, cofee/tea. I only do on departure morning. Otherwise comfortable and well-located.

Arrived before the checkin time, kindly they let us keep our luggage there until checkin time.

After one hour we got an email stating that our booking was cancelled by thw hotel. We went back there to try to sort it out with the reception . We noticed that it was closed for lunch leaving us without hotel and without any other way of being helped by them. There were two employees smoking at the entrance we did ask if they could help us due to the hotel cancelled our booking on the day of the stay. No help at all was offered due to this situation. We booked another hotel and did go back there at the checkin time tried to explain that our booking and cancelled by the hotel. The receptionist didn't care as we just collected our luggage from them.
I don't recommend your stay at this hotel.

Hotel is very well located, in the nice area near centre. It is equipeed on lower side, but clean. The heating is also on lower side, but not freezenig. Wi-fi connection would need some improvement. Breakfast is nice, with lots of selections.
