- My 40th bday celebrations in Bratislava with 8 other boys - Superb location, the entire Bratislava town centre is within 2 mins walk - Great restaurants, pubs, main square, strip joints, clubs, supermarkets, pharmacy - all accessible within walking distance. - Reception guys are very helpful with the check in, baggage storage, calling taxis - Breakfast is good - Huge suites, very comfortable bed, sofa, TV. - Rooms with Balconies are really nice. 104 room balcony and the room is the best. - We had 101, 102, 104, 105, 106, 107 and 306. - Toiletries are great, good bed lined and towels. - The daily room cleaning service was a bit off timed - they had to be reminded to change towels. - Must stay place when in Bratislava.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean. We had executive suite, which was so spacious. Fab breakfast with great choice. Hotel very central, a 2 minute walk to Historic Old Town. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Terrible ac… they staff was most adamant and didn’t really help.. we were asked to upgrade to a bigger room for just 20 euros … the room was lovely but the ac wasn’t functioning properly and then they gave us a stupid air cooler to ease our problem… it was a tiny cooler for a big big room and it didn’t help… had a sleepless night Staff has no humility and most un concerned!!!

Lets get one thing straight- this isnt a five star hotel. Even the manager of the hotel admitted that it isnt. So seeing five stars on booking.com or any other website for this ''hotel'' is just misleading. It is more of short term overpriced flats. In essence what you get is two oversized rooms (one bedroom and one living room) in the center of the city for about 100 euros a night. TV channels are extremely limited whilst any movies you may want to watch will cost you more. carpets are old and stained reflecting cleaning staff do not put much effort in tidying up and management is focussing on milking the property for more than its worth. It is almost impossible to take a shower without water spreading outside the bathtub due to the poor design of the partition. The sauna and spa area was closed due to COVID-19 which was understandable. What was unpardonable was the hotel taking advantage of the COVID-10 situation by closing the cafe down and having a breakfast that was just horrible even by 3 star hotel standards. Eggs were served to me burnt the first day of my stay and when I was asked the next morning by the waitress if i wanted eggs, I politely refused. When she told me they changed cooks, I decided to give it a second chance. The omlette came back like as if jurassic park had conquered my plate. The manager of the hotel said ''at least they werent burnt this time'' . no cut fresh fruit, just some stale uncut fruits pole dancing in a transparent refrigerator. Croissants were hard as a rock whilst the salami and cheese had clearly seen better days. Juices were all canned and tea pots are all stained yellow. Essentially this hotel is a combination of lazy shoddy staff and management and owners who probably do not want to invest further in the dated property. The only bright light here is the front desk receptionists and valet driver. parking is opposite the hotel but getting to and from the parking requires a 2-3km detour. there is no garage. To conclude, i would rather stay at a real 4 star for 10-20 bucks less or even the same price than pay 100 euros at this fake 5 star dormitory.

OMG wow what a hotel!!!! I loved everything! Let me start with an amazing and very helpful staff. Honestly one of the best service I had in whole Europe!!!! I came to the hotel after surgery and I coudnt really talk and they were very helpful. Also I came quite early in the morning and they manage to get my room immediately, it was really a key for me to get a early check in and they helped me with everything! I even ordered massage in the room (was really great, I highly recommend) and again they fix everything in blink of eye. I needed to rest, so I got very quite room. It was very spacious, beautiful and super clean. For me personally its a huge plus if hotel has a pillow menu (I am very picky about my pillows). And they also had my favorite brand in bathroom - Loccitane. I also ordered room service - full 3 courses dinner and let me tell you that was the BEST room service I have ever had. The food was fantastic - I highly recommend their restaurant even if you dont stay in the hotel!!!! I cant forget the location - is really great, you are so close to everything important - centrum, culture, museums, even huge shopping mall and cinema is like 3min walk. Also internet was fast and worked perfectly. Always smiling staff said good bye to me with a lovely chocolate present and for me as chocolate lover that was fantastic dot after wonderful stay. I cant wait to come back and tell all my friends about this hotel!!!!

My wife and i stayed here, for 2 nights 26th and 27th of January, we checked in around 10 am and was met with very friendly and helpful reception staff, our room was available at that time which was an added bonus. we had a luxury apartment which was lovely, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. amenities were very good ie gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, my only gripe would be to thin out the gym slightly to provide a little extra room ie 1 bike, 1 running machine. Breakfast was very nice selection and variety was okay and enough for us, service was exceptional. restaurant was very good and food was cooked to perfection, again service excellent. Hotel is in a great location and 5 minutes walk from the old town overall i would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone it is fantastic value for money and very well appointed.

This is a great hotel. The building is old (with charm) but newly renovated and everything is new. Rooms are huge, I had a room with a kitchen area, a living room with a TV and a sofa, a separate bedroom with desk and TV, and a bath room with bathtub. Much bigger than I normally expect in a business-class hotel. Hotel service was excellent from the staff. Breakfast was also excellent, with one item from the menu cooked to order. I ate one night in the hotel restaurant and that was great food and great service as well. I'll be back in this hotel if I need to be there on business, but I can also see myself staying here for a romantic getaway. Excellent place.

We stayed in the Roset in mid December for 3 nights, the hotel is ideally located and it is in the centre of where you want to be. On arrival we were given a room on the 3rd floor, it was very large with a separate lounge area. On arrival the staff were really friendly and we were helped to our room by a nice staff member. We found rose petals on the bed and nibbles to try with our complimentary welcome drinks. After we had dropped our bags we made the 5 minute walk to the old town where the christmas market was in full swing. The hotel is classy and stylish, its the attention to detail which makes it stand out. The coffee in the lobby, use of umbrellas, other little extras which make you feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was taken in the room in the basement, it was plentiful and there was a good choice. there's a choice of extra things if you want them at a small cost. Bratislava is an ideal choice for a short break , there's a modern shopping centre 10 minutes from the hotel, the old town full of smaller shops is in the opposite direction. The Danube is a couple of streets behind. We particularly liked the Unity bar (next to the hotel) and THEMA which is out of the hotel turn right and walk down 5 mins or so is cool. In the Old town we liked BAUDELAIRE (House of Evil flowers) Really cool place. But there's loads to go at. We did the UFO tower (about £12 for two) which is a bit cheesy and has an expensive bar/restaurant up there but its worth getting a small beer there for the view. On the Saturday we spent the day in €28 for two on the train. Get the number 1 tram to the station , its 75 cents each , the staff will show you but it's easy. Vienna is obviously a lot richer place and when we were there the Christmas markets were on so you could hardly move. When you get to Vienna go downstairs to the U station and get the tube to Stephens Plaza . Tickets from the machine. Back in the hotel we didn't eat in the restaurant or use the spa area so we can't comment on that but the food menu appeared good and reasonable. We would highly recommend the Roset boutique hotel, its ideal for people looking for an upmarket but want a quieter and smaller place.
