I just passed by this property being on a business trip.
The place is swarming with vegetation , which is a must have on highly sunny days.
The inner yard has a terrace where you can serve delicious food.
Parking places outside and in the yard. May not be enough for all guests, but in current times does not seem to be very occupied.
The room is well maintained and clean. i only had trouble with the main lamp, which was a bit too low for my height. next time i will be more careful :-)

It was an excellent experience. Everything was very nice and clean. They have a beautiful garden and location is very close to the lake. Breakfast was also very good and tasty. Nevertheless stuff is very friendly. If you want to spend a few days and to relax , then don´t miss this place! For sure that I will come back next year

Absolutely first class hotel. Family run. Spotlessly clean. Spacious room. Gorgeous private gardens. This is how a hotel should be run and such hotels are hard to find.
I think we will no longer stay in four star hotel chains but look for three star family run places. It's really good here.

We spent one week of our holiday in this hotel. The best was that it is very close to lake Balaton and to a long free of charge beach (3-4 minutes by feet). The beach was uncrowded, there were lots of trees that provided shadow which allowed us to stay even near the lake in the hottest hours. The water was very warm and shallow. Perfect place to come with children.

The area is safe, I saw almost every day police cars driving by on the street or near the beach. Even if the hotel had an inner park place I left my car on the outer park place with bicycle support mounted.

The hotel looks good and has a very nice garden. Even if it is older they kept it very well. No wonder, as every day they clean all the rooms, sweep all the place, clear the big garden, clear off the cobwebs.

Breakfast was OK, however it can be improved in variety and in quality. For example the orange juice had too much water in it. What I particularly liked about the breakfast was the full automatic coffee machine they had and the variety of coffees it made. It was very pleasant enjoying your morning coffee in the beautiful garden.

The staff is very helpful with all our problems.

Another important plus for us was a separate place free off charge where you can lock in your bicycles.

The only real disadvantage is that the beds are a bit short. I think they were 1.80m long, which could be of a problem for taller people.

This is the type of hotel that is friendly like a BnB but large enough to be considered a hotel. For anyone in a budget it wanting to stay in a quiet area away from the tourists this is the hotel for you. The restaurant is not over priced and is quite good for the area. Each time I asked for something extra or off the menu they were happy to accommodate.
Good hotel for kids as there is a large courtyard and play areas

This hotel is old, but well kept. Family nice, and restaurant has decent food.
The hotel is not on a desirable part of the lake....very run down area.
The family took good care of us. Breakfast was unremarkable, the coffee was cold, and tasteless.
I would have preferred to skip it altogether.

It is a bit far away from center but close to the lake and has good territory and restaurant. Kids can play on the territory and still are under your attention.
The area around is quite and nice but in case you want to eat outside the hotel you should walk ~10-15 minutes.
Prices in restaurant are around 2-3K forrints (10 Euro) for main dish.

Nice, peaceful and small hotel with beautiful green garden.
Little bit far away from Siofok center but ideal for family holiday with children.
Price of 40 eur for double room with breakfast is really great.
Breakfast is very basic but enough and delicious.
Rooms are big and clean with great balcons and bath. You can enjoy listening a birds song from your balcon.
Balaton lake is very close , about few minutes walk from hotel.
There is a free parking on the site -street side, but you can pay 3 eur per day for closed backyard parking.

We enjoyed the hotel garden environment. The hotel is not the latest design but offers a peaceful location and friendly personnel. It is located quite close to the Balaton lake. Staying here in May guaranteed not a busy season with a few tourists around.

For a one night stay we chose the best hotel option, great value for money, clean, easily accessible from the motorway and located in a quiet, residential area of Siofok. the hotel has a large green yard and very close (3 minutes walk) to the swimmable shores of Lake Balaton.
