Good location near Jewish quarter, trendy bars and bistros easy walking distance. small pool, lovely warn Jacuzzi, friendly welcoming staff. Pre-booked a taxi to the airport with 'Airport Taxis' - 26 E , seemed a good price.

Need a one night stay in Budapest before a one week AMA Waterways river cruise. Wound up here by using Priceline Express Deals and was very, very satisfied. Upon check in we were upgraded to a residence style suite consisting a a bed room and living room with a kitchenette and eating area. The kitchenette had a two burner stove,...

Like the other reviews stated, not a 5 star hotel, but a 4 star. The staff were great and very helpful. Our room was large but we had some issues with one of the bathrooms and even though we reported them to the front desk, there was no follow-up. The issues were never resolved which definitely lowered my opinion of...

Big room, nice sauna and pool are a big plus Old room, not 5* level, small bed for a 5* hotel, jacuzzi isn't a jacuzzi. Location is very good. Overall it is good value for money but not a 5* by a long shot.

Came here due to my regular hotel was fully booked and the other hotel from this chain was under renovation. Didn't manage to have breakfast due to my early flight - breakfast is important part of my review - it tells lot about the hotel, so unfortunately nothing this time. Place to me felt "smallish" to be a five (5)...

First of all I have to say the sun shone all the time while we were there, so, we walked everywhere. This hotel is a good 10 mins. from the main area, but, on the street to the way to the main area, are some lovely restaurants, pubs, and, ruin pubs, so you could really stay in this locality at...

Well placed for exploring this City. Our superior room was infact a small flat with lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchenette with oven hob dishwasher and microwave jet oven and fridge! Lovely pool sauna etc. Staff brilliant and breakfasts lovely. Restaurant looks fab but we didn't use it as we were out all day. Just off one of the main roads...

Stayed here for three nights based on reviews and website. What a mistake. All three nights we were met with extreme noise levels, accumulating in the worst noise last night. People singing off balconies at midnight, drunk stag nights, cackling hen nights. I would liken it to a B and B in Blackpool (but that's unfair to b and b's...

I'd booked this hotel as part of a travel deal to celebrate my long term partners birthday. Looking at the photos I was a bit disappointed as I thought we were getting one of the historical baroque hotels. However although it doesn't have that feel of authenticity it makes up for it with the facilities and charm of having your...

Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms a little outdated but didn't go to spend Weekend in the room. Decent location. Swimming facilities looked good didn't get to try them. Overall had a good stay and would come back if I was in Budapest again. Budapest itself is nice would recommend doing the baths!

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
